    Only men are financially responsible for the woman’s choice about bringing another parasite into this world.  This might be old news, but I really feel for this guy:

    I completely sympathize with the poor guy who now must do up to 15 years in prison, or something like that.  Still better than getting the bill for an unwanted kid, probably.

    Get imprisoned for what? A pregnant woman feeling unwell is nothing unusual and an abortion can happen naturally either. So where is the proof the cause was a pill? Beside that there still has to be a law stating explicitly that aborting a fetus this way as being illegal. You can’t just call something murder, that is not how the law works.
