I could make several point regarding intelligence and how it’s overvalued, but I’ll just stick to one point.

Yes, the average intelligence of men may be higher, but what is the standard deviation? What is the median? Obviously, the population is quite large. Taking those things into account. If you take a man at random and a woman at random (which is more applicable to real world then looking at the population as a whole), although it may be likely that the man is smarter then the woman, it is not very good odds. It would be stupid to assume the man is smarter when no assumption is required.

    Ok. Then do it.

Intelligence and success and their connection has always intrigued me. I always found it fascinating that seemingly intelligent people can be less successful than determined people with less formal education.

The answer all along, basically it is the way we define intelligence. Many of us define intelligence as being of an academic nature, however there are many different forms of intelligence, but basically they come down to three basic forms as they relate to success.

    1. Academic, what we all accept as learned knowledge
    2. Practical, being basic common sense, which is not all that common.
    3. Creative, which is perhaps the most important to success.

Now there are many different types of intelligence that I readily concede to feminine supremacy including emotional and social intelligence. The ability to argue a hypocritical statement without flinching or recognizing the error in logic.

Having said all that, I propose it is men that have greater levels of intelligence in areas that count towards success, creative development and ingenuity, perhaps as a result of their burden of performance in evolution, whilst women have the advantage in covert social manipulation and emotional deception. Women are far more intelligent at being cunning and deceptive, again, I would argue as a result of their necessity of survival throughout evolution.

When the war cemeteries are half full of the corpses of dead conscripted women, only then will women have earned the right to speak of equality. Sidecar “A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.” - Bob Dylan
