The article states that a Texas federal judge has ruled that there is no reason that women should be excluded from draft registration. Draft registration is a requirement for men.

I think all US citizens should register for the draft at age 18; both genders. I mean why should men only be required to sign up for something that can get them killed? If women are going to keep marching in the streets for their rights, they should be willing to fight and die for it.

I am in favor of it because it is fair and treating them equal as men.

Further the armed forces are smart enough to put the women who aren’t good combat potential into other necessary roles they need filled that are not combat. they can be drafted and serve in non-combat roles if they aren’t a good candidate. Starship troopers was one of the funniest American comedies I have ever seen. I loved it.

Women make useless soldiers. (They can make passable irregulars if used in specific roles. They can make very good agents).

Normally I’m all for equality of opportunity, not outcome. However, in the case of females and the military, I believe in equality of outcomes.
