I had to pay a ton for daycare when my daughter was a youngin, all because my ex wanted to send her to the most expensive place she could find. There’s no reason why an employer should pay for daycare.  After all, the kid was conceived off the premises and outside of working hours, unless the woman got pregnant while on the job (which could be just cause for dismissal right there).

I am sure that painting her bosses as misogynist patriarchy monsters will improve her chances with more studios in the future.  Perhaps she is not as good an actress as she thinks she is.  Perhaps she should negotiate for these things up front and not toss them in the lap of the producers after the fact.  Just my two cents.  Her husband has to put up with her s~~~, but her employer HAS TO treat her as an equal rather than as a princess.
