I hadn’t heard of MGTOW until about a week ago.  I had managed to stumble across Karen Straghan’s YouTube channel and found her a breathe of fresh air.

Despite not knowing the term, I’d have to say that at 53 years of age I’ve been MGTOW all my life.  I’ve lived with two women, been engaged once, but never married.  I used to feel bad about this, that there must be something wrong with me that everyone I’d known was married but I’d never had.  At least until the divorces among my friends and acquaintances started piling up.  When I began to compare my life to those of people I knew after divorce, my life didn’t look so bad.  I have a house, a boat (cabin cruiser), 2 cars, a pickup truck, a camper, and 3 motorcycles.  Instead of a man cave I have 2400 square feet of house, a 2 car garage with a 15×25 foot workshop where I rebuild motorcycles and other things.  When you look at it compared to my friends who’ve been ruined by divorce, I have the world by the ass.  I have debt but it isn’t the soul crushing stuff I see others with, I have no children so I don’t have to give any of my income to a harpy each month, nor can any woman use children as a weapon against me.  My last two girlfriends I broke up with them when their own particular brands of crazy got too much to deal with.

I can’t claim that I’m getting all the poon tang that I desire, or much at all for some time now, but from what I’ve heard and read from married men it seems like they’re not getting much either, at least I’m not legally bound to my source of frustration.

I’m glad to have found MGTOW, it’s nice to know there are others like me.

I have a 2400sq ft house to myself as well and the mortgage, and the bills.

I payed off the ex for what she paid in.

I have an apartment I can rent out, and/or a room(s) (things are really tight right now, that would help a lot)

AND I plan to keep this house, MY house, because I figure any wench that I invite in is going to have idea’s or fantasies on how to get her slice.

That’s where mgtow comes in and the concept of casual relationships and definately NOT marriage!

Any woman pushing marriage is on-the-take and  thinking about her best interests in a future divorce or breakup.

That, or it’s just some stupid fantasy that women have to feel complete.

I just see it as a trap.

I’m turning 32 in a few days, and I was engaged a few years ago. Combine her expenses vs mine, with my 60hrs vs her 35 a week. Adding in her student loan debts that I would have married into AND the baggage of all her previous asshole relationships. I dodged a f~~~ing bullet mate.

Oh seriously disclaimer, all advice given on women from me has an expiration date of 6-8 months. That’s when she goes nuts or you go nuts.

As soon as my current GF gets too bossy, needy, withholds sex, nagging, prying, jealous etc etc. Shes dumped. I put up with zero of her s~~~. So it’ll probably be 3 more months.

I have much more experience than that, but I will confirm for you things often go weird after 3 or 4 months.  It seems that’s about as long as a woman can fake she’s into the things you’re into.

I never fell for the bulls~~~ of women, I tried honestly to understand them, instead I figured them out, like clockwork you can anticipate their next move, it’s always selfish and self centered, I think we can all agree….

Amen brother.  I probably wasn’t as quick on the draw as you, I did fall for the BS but not enough to actually let a woman get papers on me.

When I bought my home I thought that and my 6 figure income would make me “more eligible” and would get me access to a higher quality of women.  Not so much.  If I could go back and do it again my plan would be completely different, I’d live in a trailer in the woods instead of a house.  I’d still have the 2 car garage and the boat and motorcycles, but my taxes would be much lower.  My only regret now is the amount of money I pay into a system that forces me to pay for parasites.

F~~~! I’m jumping up and down in frustration, I can’t rid myself fast enough of my property, I’m selling everything! F~~~ the parasitic taxes, how I feel now, F~~~ everything!

I was happiest living in my cabin 12×16, in THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, generating my own power, nobody within a mile or two; where did I go wrong? It’s a matter of social conditioning, I long to be in isolation again, free from all concerns, free from social misery…..
