Office Problems 2.0

Hello Everybody,

So I am new to site and after recommendation by a friend who is also on this site I decided to join. I would like to share and get some feedback about a problem I am having in my office. My office is a mess more of the style the prisoners run the prison when my boss is not around. My supervisor have no power and dont understand there roles there let alone. My problem starts with Miss Mustache who it came to my attention today reported me to HR making false accusations that I demean her, speak inappropriately to her and much more smoke then I can completely explain. She has been giving me problems all year round with petite stuff that make no sense. When I tell my bosses she pulls the princess tears to get her way cause as you know the prinicess is always right in her mind even when she is wrong and you state facts and results. We are equal in the office and our roles and responsibilities go hand in hand with each other. This phony has been corrupting our new employees as well as old by forming a munitny almost against me. They all went to HR with the same story. Note her boyfriend MrFutureofMcdonalds is one of the people that came forward with the guys he works with who have a lower position with the company. I am partlciy responsible for these guys to be successful and I have always done my best to help them succeed. I have always had a open forum and I have tried to mentor them since I have been in there role at one point in sales. This was very shocking to have to deal with when I am neck deep in my work and responsibilities for the company.

No one here knows me yet and I have nothing to prove but I come from a honest hard working family and I have used that fuel to make me successful in my role. Never a Liar always a problem solver.These other people that came forward and said this false things including one I helped get the job and made them successful. Overall the cancer of Miss Mustache and her Boyfriend MrFutureofMcdonalds has infected my office and I don’t know how this will shake out overall. I was told by my Boss and HR that my job is safe and I did nothing wrong. But until the trash is taken out I foresee my office getting worse. To everyone out there have you ever had a similar situation happen to you and how did you deal with it? Would like some advice since I have to deal with these people going forward thinking of going with the killing them with kindness even though there scum type of attitude. Crazy how backstabbing people in the business world are. I am 25 and 3 years out of school FYI.

Oh s~~~, the workplace double standards are insane at every turn. I once worked at a place, where, get this- Two of the very large females would make fun of me for my height. No big deal, I am not that short, but these two really big and tall land whales thought it was ok. Imagine if I had made jokes about how fat these two t~~~s were? And s~~~, being fat is a choice, being short is not, so really, which is more disgusting to make fun of someone for? What do you think was done when I brought this up to the Leftist cuck manager? Nada. Had the tables been turned I would of been out the door instantly. I think the fact of the matter here is me being smaller than they were made them insecure about themselves so they went on the attack.

Keep your chin up and avoid this bitch at all costs. She is on home turf in the workplace, s~~~, women are on home turf wherever they go really in regards to what they can get away with when if you had done the same there would be a price to pay.

Welcome MrGoodKat! Sorry to hear about your office problems. I don’t really have any advice but there are lots of men here that will. Listen to their wisdom. Me, I burn bridges. I light the motherf~~~ers on fire with a blow torch when I leave. Then I can’t go back. Advance, advance, advance. They may rebuild that bridge when you’re gone. Sorry to hear about this, brother, but welcome to the real resistance.

Short version is: you’re still (really) young. S~~~, no one’s going to take you seriously until you’re 40+ (if not 50+) at work, in the first place, so you’ve got a lot of time that you can spend in better places with better environments.

As you should in all your dealings with women, speak with your wallet and find another place to get a paycheck from. Trust me, they’ll feel the hit once you’re gone. I’ve dealt with this multiple times (not even just with women, but slacker manginas who I know were trying to buck up because their wives were pushing them to) and the only real answer is to find a better place to work.

Brush up on your resume and start shopping. You’ll do just fine.
