Numb and a little lost

Hey guys. 25 years old guy here.
I’m not new in the site. I returned after two years of having woke up.
It’s weird, but I’m glad feminism exists since it showed us the true self of almost all women and (more important I think) the whole society.
Sometimes I struggle with this new view of the world. It fills me with anxiety knowing that out there people are “fighting” for “equality” and trying to make us look like the bad guys. We can’t even say what we think if it isn’t politically correct. If you say anything that remotely hurts someone feelings you’re doomed and showered with sermons even if what you said was not an insult.
When things like this happens I tend to stay at home finishing jobs, working on my drawing skills and reading. I just go out to go to the gym or sometimes to hangout with friends.
Like most men I used to define myself by the women I dated. But this feminism thing just make me feel numb about relationships. Not a purpose for men anymore. We’ll have to find it elsewhere.
What defines a man nowdays? All I see is people who are afraid to speak. It’s like facism but from the other side. And somehow I am the asshole for not supporting it. You have to lie to people to get their simpathy. You have to be careful with wich words you use to make sure no one gets mad at you for a misunderstanding. Society has got too complex for it’s own good. We are all seeing that society is a false world. A made up reality constructed by thousands and thousands of points of view. Ergo, no one is right.
I’d really like to unplug from this toxic view of the world. The truth about the world is easy: Strong beats weak. That’s all there is to it. But we made it worse with our stupid intellect.
Now you have to repress your sexual desire to not “look bad” or not “look like a pervert”. You have to be humble. You have to be nice. Then a book telling the story of a millionare, pervert asshole who hits a girl (50 shades of grey) turns to be a best seller. Get the f~~~ out. Double standards are everywhere, and I don’t have the energy to see through each people bulls~~~ in hopes I find someone who can speak with me without getting offended.
Men my age are on a crisis. We have no role in society anymore.
I feel lonely not because I don’t date. I feel lonely because everyone is brainwashed.
To me, living good is like being an “adult-kid”: Play, have fun with friends and enjoy freedom. Nothing more.

I know this feeling so well. It is like everyone in my personal life, whom I deal with, has the emotional maturity ranging from a child to a teenager. And talking to any of them. Dealing with any of them. Is like walking on eggshells.

There are only a handful of people, including myself, that I personally know I consider an emotionally mature adult.

I know I am a emotionally mature adult. If I wasn’t would be very violent by now, at my point in life. Instead, I prefer civility and I just leave almost everyone I know alone.

There’s nothing wrong with being an “adult kid” as you have said. Things don’t always have to be grand, where everything has to have a purpose, we all have our purpose in the world, we have to do this and that, we have to save the world, etc. The fact of the matter is, nobody has to do anything. When I hear from new members coming here and saying MGTOW is radical I pretty much roll my eyes because they haven’t been educated enough.

But it’s up to you to CREATE it. None of us are born with a purpose and our existence is as random as the exact placement of the Earth in relation to the sun. Any closer or farther away and we wouldn’t be here.

Guys, you are awesome.
I sometimes don’t want to speak my thoughts because most people don’t listen. And if they do, they get offended because I am too harsh or whatever. I like to be real. Sometimes, when I don’t want to fight or hear a sermon I lie to people and tell them what they like to hear, to manipulate them. And they believe it. And it’s terrible knowing that human interaction works like this.
I love to pass through the site from time to time during the day. Reading all of you encourage me and makes me not feel alone in this insane world (aside from my father and some relatives and friends)

I agree with all of this, and I am in my 40’s. Most importantly, the last part about living like an adult kid. Do not be shamed away from this. Do what pleases you, and if you can get to the point where I am at one day in regards to not giving a s~~~ and saying what you feel in social situations, even better. This is your world, your life, be true to it and do not let social pressures sway you at any time. Most people are nothing more than fear filled conditioned vessels bouncing around looking for approval. Try not to be one of them.

I’ve always been a MGHOW and I knew I was different because even when I had girlfriends when I was younger (which didn’t happen often because I like freedom) I always made it a point to do my own thing first. Which p~~~ed a lot of girls off lol. I’ve never understood the brainwashing of this society with the princess fairy tales and why every man is supposed to be some knight in shining armor.
