    One will indeed eventually make it’s way out of the “Big Five” navies, but operationally it will be a waste of money for the new owner and will only see realy value as propaganda.

    As soon as it is verified as being operational, that sub will have a terrible acciddent rendering it non-functional.

    Nuc’s and related material is much easier to hide than a fully functional nuclear vessel.
