An Oregon judge ruled Friday that a transgender person can legally change their sex to “non-binary” rather than male or female in what legal experts believe is a first in the United States.

Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Amy Holmes Hehn legally changed 52-year-old Jamie Shupe’s sex from “female” to non-binary.

Nancy Haque, a co-executive director for Basic Rights Oregon, called the ruling a “momentous day for genderqueer Oregonians.”

Where does your opinion stand on intersex individuals? Those born with both mix genitalia, whom sometimes also later on development secondary gender development from both genders, such as both wide shoulders (male) and wide hips (female), during puberty.

There is a big difference with people who are physically born with intersex or ambiguous gender and this current transgender fad where YOUR SEX IS PURELY A STATE OF MIND. Sex is now fluid, decidable, changeable, and even non-existent regardless of perfectly normal genitalia or XY chromosomes.

Intersex people should be the only ones having discussions about what sex they identify with.

Furthermore, this fluid sexual identity is encouraged, celebrated and even given special rights. Got a penis but want to shower with the girls in high school? It’s OK if you say you are girl; our government will make sure you have full-frontal nudity access. Prisons and even the military (VA) are being forced to pay for sex changes, not because of ambiguous birth, but because the person now identifies differently.

It turns thousands of years of evolution, biology, sociology, and cultural norms on its head.

I say we declare MGTOW as sexual orientation and get liberal pass and brownie points. Facebook should also officially recognize MGTOW as a selectable gender. I don’t see a reason why “non-binary” or “asexual” is a valid and respectable sexual orientation/gender identity, and MGTOW is not. MGTOW is even more radical gender identity than a non-binary. We should be able to get the same recognition
