so in case you were unaware, for the past year or two, in both Canada & USA, it has actually been illegal to have sexual relations with someone whom is “impaired” by alcohol.

Anyone who is impaired by alcohol or drugs cannot give legal consent

legal definition of impairment:

A deterioration of an individual’s judgment and decrease in his or her’s physical ability.

So, let me understand. if you were drinking at your own wedding, YOU CANNOT LEGALLY HAVE GIVEN THE BITCH CONSENT TO MOVE IN WITH YOU? but if you are a college student, it allows for some leeway, as you can argue that it uses the word, “incapacitated”, rather than “impaired.”

so… yeah… basically the entire bill is useless, and really only serves to provide a bit of confusion.

So, say you screw a drunk girl, she gives “consent” while being intoxicated.
As a result, your not expelled from college, but you still have the opportunity of going to jail for rape!

So, it provides protection through decreasing the likely hood of it reaching the legal system.
everything else in the bill is old news.
