he BROUGHT the london broil recipes..
and if you bring it to me,
YOU get SERVED.
then it’s ON..
and once it’s on it’s never off again..
( not sure why, it just is…)

but i digress.
.
HITMAN’S Asian London Broil.
take london broil and pretend it’s Sharon Tate ,
Stab it a hundred times with a fork ..
slash it diagonally with the tip of your knife,
and again opposite direction,
forming a diamond pattern aprox. 1/16 inch deep..
place in large zip lock plastic bag.

marinade..
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 cloves garlic chopped fine
aprox. 5 tbsp sesame seed oil..
aprox. 5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
aprox. 1 tsp black pepper, ground..
aprox. 5 or 6 tbsp brown sugar.
aprox 5 tbsp water
aprox. 5 tbsp olive oil
( if you have some scallions put some in )..

mix,pour on meat,store in frig 24 hrs.
next day , grill to perfection, cutting across grain.
any excess marinade can be boiled in a small pot as a sauce.

pro tip time.
touch your cheek with your finger…that’s RARE .
touch your tip of nose with finger..that’s MEDIUM.
touch your forehead..that’s WELL DONE.

guy’s, please don’t kill this..
medium is all any cut of beef deserves..
…oh yeah, TASTE the marinade before you dump it on that slab of meat in the bag…
does it taste good ?
it should…fix it if it needs fixing.

lastly , after it rests for about 20 min.
ENJOY the hell out of it !!!

soon the charcoal will be smoldering..
i turned the bag with the precious liquid in it last night..
it has taken on a dark color from the soy sauce..

this afternoon,
time will stand still,

an offering will be sent up to the heavens with the first touch of the meat to the flames…

Sweet marinade, though. When you turn it into sauce, do you reduce all the water out or just heat?
heat and reduce a little..
