The one,THE ONE TIME!, I white knighted if you can call it that was when i returned home on the train from a night out. I cut across the park which backs on to where i live.

Now this isn’t a smart move for a lone guy but i was drunk and wanted to get home, the park has all kinds of undesirables in there late at night, so it was to my amazement/utter astonishment that a girl who was drunk out of her mind and could barely walk, wearing next to nothing making her way solo through the park. I could not believe it!

I overtook her and was coming out of the park when i saw a couple walking up the road, i remember they took a good look at me. Also there was a gang of youths i noticed when i came out of the park. I then waited near my house a good distance from the park to make sure the silly cow got out unscathed.

It was more for myself, as if something did happen to her i didn’t want a false claim on my head. She eventually stumbled out and followed the couple down the road. This kind of behaviour of women is commonplace every where there are bars and nightlife in the world. Total idiocy! But they are adults and as i don’t do nightlife hardly at all these days, they can get on with it as far as i am concerned!

As for white knighting in general, heed this story: A guy i know was a bouncer in the midlands in the UK in a rough city told me this:
A guy on his way home, saw a couple arguing, the guy struck the women so our hero ran over and intervened. He grabbed the guy and had his back to ‘The damsel in distress!’ She then stabs our hero in the shoulder with an eye liner pencil from her hand bag. Her and her man then proceed to kick 9 bells of s~~~ out of our poor hero who gets a month’s stay in hospital for his trouble!

White knighting is a dangerous past time! Best option if you find yourself in such a situation where something extreme is happening, and in the interests of helping another human being, call the cops. It’s what we pay our taxes for.

Do not put yourself in harms way it isn’t worth it. The times i have seen guys get badly hurt in clubs and bars over women is not even funny.

Nor have you met the psycho pathological liar of an ex-boss I had.. A 43 year old German blond woman who was very hot when younger, but who had hit the wall something horrible. She cajoled the marketing team into all going out to a bar to watch the World Cup. She proceeded to drink litres of white wine until she was almost catatonic (ie: dancing on the table screaming in the bar drunk). According to other people in the company, this was not an unusual occurrence. At the end of these evenings she would either drive herself home p~~~ed to hell or have an employee deliver her home (I never got askedas she hated motorcycles and that’s all I took to work….)
