SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) —
In a surprising verdict, the jury of six men and six women deliberated and came back with a not guilty verdict, acquitting defendant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate. He was facing second degree murder charges for killing 32-year-old Pleasanton resident Kate Steinle on July 1, 2015, at Pier 14 in San Francisco.

The jury found Garcia Zarate guilty of possession of a firearm by a felon.

While Garcia Zarate can technically walk out of the courtroom, it’s expected he will be taken into custody by Immigration officials and eventually deported back to his native Mexico.

The media are gushing over reports of Flynn being charged with a process crime of “lying” to the FBI over claims of “Russia collusion”.

Well, the way the law is written, “breathing” could be seen as an act of perjury towards the FBI.

People have been charged and punished for perjury towards the FBI over the meaning of “is”.

Instead of the media protesting such a tyrannical law, the media uses this as an excuse to politically attack President Trump.

The hypocrites in the media do not realize how the American people see this. The American see the hypocrisy of the media lying to them all the time and being rewarded for lying, while if a citizen lied that citizen would be punished.

For those that are a part of the media and government it is “law for thy, but not law for me”.

The American people see the only true “Russia collusion” is over the Uranium One scandal, which involves almost everyone in government whom is actively trying to removed President Trump from office on false accusations of what the accusers are really guilty of.

It was a nice place to visit when I spent a few days there in 2003, but I sure as hell wouldn’t want to live there — for all of the reasons you mention. I’m not an expert on financial issues, but it’s my understanding that the city is about to be in really, really deep “doo-doo” over pension obligations for their public employees (to say nothing of the government and public employees who are currently scamming the system).

A big problem is they are not keeping it. Too many are leaving the s~~~hole they built and are moving to areas of the country that are more conservative. They then start their sjw crap there. Austin, TX., parts of Colorado, the Carolinas, etcetera.

I looked into this case, the bullet did ricochet off the ground before hitting her, so that would point to it being unintentional. He should have been prosecuted for Manslaughter, not Murder, that is what f~~~ed this case up.

I have been told a few times in life from different people that I should have been a lawyer, and from the sheer stupid I see sometimes in court cases that I have looked into, both from the defense and prosecution, I think I could have done very well.

While I am sure you have the intelligence and skills to perform such a job, I believe you are to honest and moral to be able to do such a job in the twisted court system that currently exists.

In law schools, students are taught to have a “moral vacuum” when administering the law. That is a psychotic mindset to have.

Yes, Defense Attorney would have been out of the question. I would have found zero satisfaction in getting people off who I knew were guilty. Prosecuting cases I believed in however could have worked out well I suppose. What message does that send to the illegals; you can kill an American and the law will protect you?! This is why I hate illegal immigrants; all they do is take and more taking from American tax payers. They take our jobs, drive down wages, cause crime, take money that Americans should have rights to have instead, and now they’re murdering people. Then there’s that illegal who rear-ended my dad’s car earlier this year from a place he was working illegally. The police didn’t do anything because the accident happened on private property, but we know it’s the cops protecting the Mexican illegal!
