Yup, California had a 10 year statute of limitations on bringing forward a rape charge. Governor Brown just signed a bill that does away with the statue of limitations.

I would not go to college in California if I were young again. You have a one night stand your junior year, go on to be a multi-millionaire and at age 60 get hit with a criminal charge for a “rape” 40 years ago. Because a conviction there would guarantee a win in the civil case where she sues for all of your cash and prizes. But, why not, you won’t need money where you’ll be living…..

Srsly…this shouldn’t take long to get exposed for the lunicy it is in higher courts.

I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?

Just wait until it’s some high profile George Clooney being sued by a one night stand back when he was a waiter at TJ McScratchy’s 30 years ago.

Well that should drive out the last remaining men that understand female nature.

Is this because of Bill Cosby?

I agree that a convicted rapist should go to prison, but there’s a good reason for statutes of limitations: people accused of crimes should have a speedy trial, according to the U.S. Constitution. Memories of prior events get foggy over long periods of time, evidence gets lost, and witnesses move away or die. So if you’re going to punish someone, get it over with! And if the crime is worth time in prison, wouldn’t it make sense to take immediate action (so the criminal can’t escape or do harm to others) instead of spending decades of your life in anger about the injustice?

To me, it isn’t fair to wait 30 to 40 years to speak up and ruin someone who may have come from a dysfunctional household and needed time to rehabilitate himself and start a fresh life. Women seem to enjoy doing this during an election year or when a man is at the peak of his career. That is when they realize it’s time to call the police.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

I don’t think it’s as much about Cosby as it is politicians lacking common sense and having secondary agendas. All the while using a high profile case as reasoning to hide behind their obvious ludicrous decisions.

I heard this whole hiatus around Cosby is a very well organized campaign to prevent him from buying NBC or something

The arguments I’ve heard was because of emotional trauma a rape victim goes through, it may take them years to be ready and willing to actually want to proceed with a criminal case.

    It’s just crap.

    Ok. Then do it.

I’m predicting that in 10-15 years they’ll start putting people in prisons by digging up other things they did in the past and putting them in prisons retroactively, even for things that were legal when “crime” occurred. Police state multiplied by Mob rule (SJW) will lead to a tyranny.
It will become especially dangerous if weed becomes legal and prisons sit half-empty. They’ll start looking for some crafty ways to lock people up

This is what that bitch Broaddrick tried to do to Bill Clinton. Said nothing for over 20 years, worked on his campaign, signs an affidavit that there was no rape, and then a year later goes around telling people she was horribly raped.

Let’s be candid and brutally honest for a second… how hard is it for a man with money of any significant value to get laid? I’m not saying rape doesn’t happen… but at this rate with the amount of accusations going around, you’d think that the filthy rich can’t get any ass unless they take it by force.

To push the thought one step further, most of these women wish to be desired by these guys and probably fantasize about it until they believe their own lies

You have a one night stand your junior year

You do not need to have sex. Go on a date once, 5 years later the cupcake sends you a message on Fakebook and you delete without reading it.

She was raped that night 5 years ago.

The problem with this is – women hit the wall and they look for excuses why she doesn’t have a husband slave for provisioning – and lo and behold she will have a line of men to take the fall for her own misery.

In case with Bill Clinton, there were so many of them, that I don’t doubt that something took place. He supposedly enjoys forcing it, biting and what not. There is no way all of these claims are made up. So I won’t defend his sorry ass. If that was me or you – we’d be rotting in prison for life without parole

I can see the logic behind that now..

Her: “You took me on a date 5 years ago and I didn’t enjoy the Herb crusted chicken and couscous.. and you made me pay half.. thats date-rape..”

Him: Mouth wide the f~~~ open..
