No More Singing and Dancing

Just joined MGTOW after reading the threads for a few weeks. This is a great place and I’m enjoying the discussions.

Simply put, I’m tired of entertaining women. I’m tired of cracking jokes, making them smile, and all that foolishness. I am currently dating a young girl that is OKAY, but naturally I’ve grown sick of her b.s. as well.

Recently I’ve been focused on gaining financial independence and early retirement. The first thing I did was cut out daily, unnecessary expenses, reduced my cell phone bill from $123 to $19 per month, and even sold my car. I finally informed said girl that we’d only be going on dutch dates from now own so if she doesn’t have any money (she’s a college student, I have a full-time job), then she better get creative.

Of course she flipped out. I told her: Hey, you grew up around a lot of wealthy people. If you want to be wined and dined, then you know what to do. Regardless if you stay or leave, I’ll be signing Rihanna’s “Pour It Up” – …still got my money!

I work in higher education, surrounded by women and the capricious way they make decisions. I have 2 female roommates, one’s a feminist. My mom is great, but I can’t tell her anything. I pay child support to my son’s mother and she is holding my son hostage.

So yeah, I’m just another man that has been used and abused by the women in his life that’s finally waking up. I thought becoming a man whore would solve things; it did for a time period, but now I just want to be left alone. So I’m consuming MGTOW videos and forums for inspiration and saving as much money as possible to move to a studio apartment in D.C. and ghost.

Welcome,,,and I know the stage you’re in, as far as MGTOW is concerned.
I remember the first few months being in a constant state of amazement that there was a whole heap of guys who’d come to the same conclusions.
Sometimes I feel stupid that I didn’t wake up earlier based on the facts, but we don’t live our life on facts, we live on emotions and it’s emotions that women play us on.
Enjoy your self realization and never be too hard on yourself.

@**** – I am working on not being too hard on myself. Looking at my past behavior disgusts me. Taking small symbolic steps has helped. Recently I made a proclamation: “I will no longer be opening doors for women.” Doing so made me feel a lot better.

The stories you guys share in this forum are a great reminder of how dangerous women are. I am careful not to focus too much hate on women, because it’s unnecessary. Yet trading war stories isn’t complaining (or hating), it’s educating.

I just turned 29 years old. I’m currently dating a 19 year old that spends most of her time in school so I’m pretty much on my own, free to do as I please. And if I wasn’t, she’d be gone. Lol.
