Nine Foods That Help Prevent Strokes and Heart Attacks

Everyone has problems with clogged arteries because of the food we eat. No one is safe. Here are nine foods that need to be taken to combat fat buildup that cause stroke and heart diseases.

Remember to have a balanced diet. If you have chest pains or numbness or tingling in your left arm see a doctor immediately.

The nine foods are pomegranate, fatty fish, sauerkraut, olive oil, sesame seeds, tomatoes, oatmeal, nuts, watermelon.

I must say I swear by pomegranates and instead of water, I add about 8 oz of that POM juice to a gallon of water so it tastes like something. Very good for you. I also mix pomegranate seeds (tendrils) into vanilla yogurt for breakfast often.

When I was almost exactly 30, I woke up one day to experience (30%?) numbing in the 4th and 5th fingers of my left hand. Naturally I was concerned, and I did see a doctor about it (even considered surgery) but he was as useless as t!ts on a bull and said it was no big deal. Probably a pinched nerve in my elbow.

I agree with him because when I work out, they go more numb for a while.
I am aware of it 24/7 and it has not worsened or improved.

I did experience chest pains when I used to stress the f~~~ out over things (about 7-10 years ago was the worst) but that has passed and I don’t experience them anymore. Guess what caused it. It wasn’t food, I can tell you that.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Twitching is another sign of stress, I went through the same thing after 30 years of my life being a servant citizen to the common good of others at my own peril and lost time when I should have been working on the betterment of my own life.

All that went away the day, the hour, the minute, the second, the moment I snapped and went spontaneous, supernova, event-horizon, time warping motherf~~~ing MGHOW!

Like pig-iron in a Bessemer f~~~ing blast furnace!

That was the day my heart stopped aching, My mind polarized from reprobate, and I stopped aging!

It pays to have a time machine that sees into the future from a MGTOW awakening! I knew things were only gonna get better and better!

A man cannot be born again? BULLS~~~!

True. Twitched like Chief Inspector Dreyfus, during desert storm.

You are one of the lucky ones KM. A long-time friend few years ago used to have first numbness along his arm and later some breathing problems. Hr was scared to go to a doctor in case his company found out about it Yes he was married to a bitch gold-digger. He has a stroke two months after he told me and never regained consciousness.

His bitch wife remarried six months later. Yes she killed him but in the end he killed himself.

Most modern diseases are caused by inflammation. One of the best ways to prevent all this inflammation is to get Omega-3:6 ratio right. Most people eat way to much Omega-6 and nowhere near enough of 3. Eat lots of oily fish such as mackerel and salmon. I plan on buying a blood test kit for this in future to see how far off I am.

On another note, when you get your bloods the main thing is to aim for low triglyceride levels. Doesn’t matter of LDL is high, there are two streams of LDL, one is a ‘good’ lipid the other the ‘bad’ one. If the good one is high it will lower the bad one and your triglycerides will be low. Meaning good levels of blood lipids.

Are Red Pills considered food ??

If you consider the facts that a bitch nagging you will make you stressed as hell, and all the situations that she will put your trough you will make you depressed and even more stressed, taking a red pill everyday to remember those facts will prevent you a lot of diseases !

There was a study that proves that depression absolutely f~~~s your heart, and cortisol (the hormone who is released when you are stressed), besides having it’s natural purposes, will f~~~ you in the long run, you enter in the survive your piece of s~~~ mode, is like your body feels threatened and start a red alert.

People call cortisol a bad hormone, well, there is no bad hormone, this hormonal response was what make us get where we are now, it’s fundamental for surviving that under this kinds of moments, you have this natural response. But if you look to the other animals, you will understand that isn’t normal being stressed 24/7, that is what a c~~~ causes.

I have had the same problem as well. Pinkie and ring finger of left hand. It was from my elbow resting on a hard surface while doing work on a computer, or playing a NEW game for too long (AOW3 was the most recent culprit). I keep a folded up shirt, and I have a Basketball ball shooters sleeve that has a pad at the elbow, and the problem is very slight now.
