In this call released by the Palm Beach Post, you can hear the pain in the shooters voice as he describes being assaulted, and later tells the operator he lost his mother a couple days ago, and is crying. There is no justification for what he did, but this is another example of how boys are being treated, and how they’re regarded by society.
There were upwards of 39 calls to his home by law enforcement, often it was Nikolas requesting help. This kid was reaching out, having traumatic mental problems, and the response from society was to either ignore, or ostracize him. I believe if this was a teen girl crying out for help, she would have received it, or at least fellow students would have comforted her.

Yeah, and 17 people are dead now because no one helped him when he needed it. Pitiful!
