Not long ago some dumb (UN+ attempted to to throw one of my employees under the bus because she simply didn’t want to own up to her mistake. She is the head of another department where I work. I am the head of my department. We were in the administrator’s office when she made this attempt. I shut down her attempt by saying the following- “My department has absolutely no responsibility for that part of the building so therefore we have no reason to even be in that part of the building. As a matter of fact I have NEVER been to that part of building and neither has my co worker. It shouldn’t be my problem that someone from your department can’t do their job. I’ve been here over ten years and I’ve never been in that area. What is this about anyway? Why are we here even talking about this?”

I was immediately told by the administrator to go back to work. I haven’t heard a word about it since. I don’t believe the mistake she made was all that earth shattering. She just didn’t want to admit it. Episodes like this are a constant reminder of why women are a huge liability. Then they wonder why people are hesitant to hire them. Damn

A few things came up missing in “that part of the building”. My department doesn’t even have access to” that part of the building “. The only department that had access was hers. She wasn’t aware that my department has zero access to that area. Otherwise she would have never tried to blame it on us. I haven’t seen her since. Maybe they got rid of her. OK maybe I’m dreaming. I found out later that the missing items were NOT missing. They were just misplaced. The items were found in an area where my department has zero access to.

So she screwed up and lost something. Then, unaware that you can’t get into that part of the building, she lied in order to blame you. No surprise there. AWALT.

True but she hates all men anyway. Over the years I’ve removed access from certain parts of the building when I figured out my department had no reason to be there. It has saved my @$$ many times. It just happened to be a part of the building my department has NEVER had access to. In the ten years I’ve been there my favorite thing to say is “we don’t have access to that”. The conversation (accusations) always stop abruptly. Being MGTOW has taught me many things. This is just one of them. Thanks again MGTOW.
