I live in Brazil, I work in a university, if you hate the usage of taxpayer’s money with this, you need to go deeper.

Here, there are some researches, in groups. Each group has a room, has a leader, the leader writes a project, the project goes to Brasilia and is accepted by a government academic committee. Each group, after formed, receive some money to develop the project then….

– A few is really a research, increasing science, most of them in math, computing, engineering, chemicals, etc.

– Most of them has some research with victimism, “let’s study violence against lgbt”, “black”, “women”, “overweight” blablabla… Most of time girls sit in the floor, in front of buildings and pass most of their time writing posters against Temer (The President), against man, against patriarchy, against the particular property, against entrepreneurs, or anything else. These people earns 2 or 3 times the income of the common brazilian worker to stay there fighting against anything.

When these people finish the university, usually in 8 years (the time limit), they go to the real world and do this kind of thing, like earning more money to pee in public and be an exemple to the next generation.
