I don’t normally do new years resolutions.
It has honestly been years if not decades since I’ve done one.
But as I’m growing older, I’m becoming a little wiser over the journey.

So in order to facilitate the success of my resolutions I have decided to keep them short and brief.
Furthermore, I shall keep a daily journal of my progress.

    MY RESOLUTIONS:
    1. To STOP spending ANY resources on women. I shall keep a record of any expenditure related to ;pussy and minimize it, with the goal of elimination of all forms of pussy expenditure.
    2. Set and write down my goals and record my daily achievements.
3 Do a full year of 5×5 stronglifts workout, without skipping any sessions.

Done, I’m keeping it short and simple, in order to maximise success.

    SO whats you resolution?

    Any goals or advice?

Things are peaceful and tranquil in my life, I guess I’ll work to achieve another year of peace and solidarity. I’m not allowing a single ounce of s~~~ in my life! I’m an island of piece in a tempest of misery all around. I wish I had a penny for every divorce I’ve seen!

i still remember my resolutions from one year ago.

do at least two sets of chin ups or pull ups everyday

eat less at fast food restaurants

i did an okay job at keeping the resolutions, not perfect.

my advice is to remember your resolutions. do not forget it whether its february or november.

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

My resolution is just to keep doing what I’ve been doing…keep myself in shape, keep a somewhat healthy diet, and keep on stockpiling money towards my ultimate goal of retiring super early!

I never had a new year resolution before but I think I need more self disaplin so this year I might try it.

I’m going to try to drink less.

I’m going to try to get in shape.

I’m going to try to improve my Spanish.

Note I’m only resolving to try to do these things. If I try but don’t suceed I wont beat myself up about it.

I can’t think of much I’m not doing now. Life is good.

I’d like to quit smoking, I’ve tried many times, but I tend to spaz out a bit. I’m in pretty good shape, but I keep working at it. I’ve also decided to double down on hobbies and the like.

A big resolution I have is to spread the word of MGTOW however I can to those that will hear it. Whether it be subtle or not all the while ghosting. This year I’ve already met another MGTOW dude in real life at work of all places so I’m determined to help some men out instead of women.

Keep ghosting. Eat less junk. Get the things that are out of order in order. Move on from people who aren’t making an effort to maintain friendships. Spend less money on food. Trying to keep it about 5 bucks a meal on non special occasions.

I like this one, do you mind if I borrow it?

My New Year resolutions haven’t changed since getting a huge box of Red Pills from Santa all those years ago and they remain in effect for 2016.

-Stay away from the t~~~s as much as possible and engage ’em strictly when necessary and beneficial.
-Spend little, bring in much and never hemorrhage dough on c~~~s.
-Don’t believe a single word weemin say.

Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!
Give 'em NOTHING, not even an answer!

I don’t do NY resolutions, for the simple reason that if I’m gonna do something, I f~~~ing well do it. NY has absolutely nothing at all to do with motivation. I’m not having a go at you guys who are all for it, but quite honestly, I see these things as in the same league as “Get a bikini body”, or “Lose those Xmas pounds”, “Eat Special K and feel great!”. Mangina stuff.

My only goals are to have a quiet, razor sharp mind and a strong man-heart. My boy needs the best role model he can get, all year round.

    1. Run a half marathon faster than 1:45
    2. Run a marathon faster than 4:00
    3. Run 3 marathons in 3 days.
    4. Run 1000 miles in 2016.
    5. Don’t have a heart attack doing items 1-4.

Excellent! I highly recommend it. January 17th will mark 2 years for me, and the difference is remarkable. You might put on a few pounds like I did, but after a while it goes to the right places, and better breathing means getting more exercise is a lot easier.

    1. I want to get out of the debt I accumulated throughout my marriage and college years. If I’m disciplined I will accomplish this easily within two years.
    2. Completing the divorce process. My lawyer has the document drafted with her signature. It just needs mine and there it goes. I’m single again.
    3. Develop more spiritually.
    4. Complete my dissertation, this one is vital to my interests.
    5. Continue making money, enjoy life, friends, video games, my awesome existence…

    That’s it.

Happy new year to you all brothers!

Now that I am independent since just recently, I can not only establish goals but also complete them.
I was thinking for the first start, what I want to achieve for 2016, which marks my first year, where I can achieve what I want are these:

    1. Get a supreme PC rig. I more than deserve to have one. Being on AMD is not funny. I actually am almost there, waiting for one more component this January and I’m good to go.
    2. Keep being Single a MGHOW. Remain spending no resources on pussies like always.
    3. Move to a better apartment. I’m currently cohabiting and I don’t want to. Hopefully I can manage to do so.
    4. Find a way to get rid of my nasal medical condition problem. Doctors aren’t cheap, that’s what’s keeping me.

All of that is possible for me.
I honestly think I don’t have much more to improve myself. I’m trying to live healthy, do no damage to myself such as drugs and unnecessary risks, preserve myself etc..
2016 will be a much better and relieving year for me than 2015 and all previous years.

"We are free to follow our own path. There are those who will take that freedom from us, and too many of you gladly give it. But it is our ability to choose – whatever you think is true – that makes us human. There is no book or teacher to give you the answers, to show you the path. Choose your own way! Do not follow me, or anyone else."

    Resolution 1
Do not get involved with females – screw them if you have to,
Make sure you never have to regret it.
If you do this 99% of your life will work out fine,

    1. Pay off the rest of my debt.
    2. No internet comments except for MGTOW sites.
    3. Ghost in plain sight.
    4. Get more guns and ammunition.
    5. Try to get back in to the shape I was before my injury. Changing gyms today.
    6. Save a little more money.

    Fuck this planet.
