Hi, I’m GaRitt, just thought I’d introduce myself, I’m new to this site, I’ve been consuming MGTOW relate material and youtube content for a bit over a year now and I have to say that it has put a lot of things in perspective for me, and helped me to understand the dynamics of what’s actually happening in American society and how and why it functions. I just want to thank all the content creators and the people that built this amazing website (honestly one of the better websites I’ve seen), So a little history about me, I’m 28 years old. I’m a musician, Multi-Instrumentalist of 15 years (I play the guitar, bass, piano, drums and I’m a vocalist and recording engineer, though my primary instrument is the guitar) I grew up in a single parent household in a little town about an hour Northeast of the city of Los Angeles, called Lancaster. Mom always did a good job of veiling the fact that we were basically poor, we had decent clothes, the new trendy toys all the other kids had when they came out etc, when I was about 7 or 8 we began living in a house paid for by my grandfather, this hasn’t changed, around the age of 16 I was sent to a school for kids with addictions in Utah, because I was acting out, running with the wrong crowd and basically smoking pot, due to lack of proper mentoring/father figure and guidance etc while there I contracted the Epstein Barr (glandular fever) virus and subsequently developed a kind of post viral fatigue/auto-immune syndrome and struggle from years of depression due to this, I have just recently began to bounce back at around the age of 26 (11 years).
So needless to say it was difficult for me to work throughout the interim, and I’ve been surviving on Government benefits. So to bring the story current. since being about 80% bounced back from my illness. I’m basically trying to pull my life together at 28 and get and school find work etc, I’m trying to build up clients for my guitar teaching business, things like that, I won’t go too far into my love life as you can imagine my situation hasn’t given me much luck in that department but I’m sure if you’re MGTOW you understand the dynamics and how things actually work, which took me awhile to realize, so again thank you all for being here an for the content and what you do, I’d I can’t say I’ve totally come to swallow the red pill since I’ve struggled with a lot of loneliness over my lifetime, but I see more and more how things work everyday, I’ve already decided that I wouldn’t get married if the opportunity did arose, and that I don’t want children. But I’d still say I’m a purple pill guy, so look forward to getting to know some of you guys and thanks again.

Welcome! One of my best friends is a hopelessly underpaid musician. He loves it, not the always poor bit but he considers that worth it.
I’m trying to build up clients for my guitar teaching business, things like that,
Without a woman to ‘help and assist’? However will you do it?
Just kidding: My best wishes to you and your endeavours!Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Haha, Right? Thanks Roy!
Anonymous42Hi 87, I’m sorry to hear life skinned your knees so badly, I caught a few nicks and chips myself, but I’m always thankful I can walk and talk, and have all my limbs.
There’s always someone somewhere that has it much worse; when someone like that can have a good attitude and absolutely love life, it says allot! I’m amazed at how some vets come back from loosing limbs to competing in competitions and outperforming the able bodied. Mans spirit is supreme in the animal world, that’s why we’re king of the jungle, just ask anything we killed: Who’s king?
Welcome GT87. Rough too hear another story of a man trying to find his way in this life, but glad you shared. We each have our own trials and tribulations. Each has to find our own individual way through the murky, predator infested waters. But, at least here we can come together share stories, and hopefully educate each other on which paths to take and which not to take. If just one man here learns to go his own way, and opt out of the bulls~~~ contract, and avoid getting gutted by alimony and child support, and having his heart ripped from his chest viewing death as the only way out. If we can save just one of those men, we are a success. And with the brothers we have in here, and the men who built and maintain OUR website and provide us with an entertaining place to gather as well, I honestly believe we will save more than one, but hell, I am just an old glass half full kinda curmudgeon, what the hell do I know…..Good to have you here sir! Cheers!
Men are at a time when panning for gold in a urinal has a higher probability of success than finding a faithful and loving woman, it is time to go your own way.....
Welcome GT87. I’m glad to see you’re strong and have stood up for yourself even after all the hardships.
The hardships could have broken you but they didn’t so you have not only that to be proud of but also your talent with musical instruments. If they make you happy then keep that joy in your life and never let go. If they are not enough then let’s hope we can help you find something else constructive to help you out although it seems music is what truly makes you happy.
I hope for the day you share with us your own music. Keep strong.
