Gmail was invite only when it first rolled out. It’s tough to say if they are intentionally going for the mystique or if they are limiting the userbase till the initial bugs are worked out.

Eitherway it’s another light at the end of the tunnel for a group of guys. There will unlikely be one site to rule them all, everyone has niche they like to be in.

Invitation only will restrict his growth though there are some benefits. Manginas and wenches will still infiltrate him. Google was known by all so they could get away with it for gmail.

I got that sense before we opened and that’s why we opened. Back when mgtow.com was being let go by the previous owner (02.2014), if the wrong people got it, it would have been a disaster. Some unidentified source approached us aggressively for it — almost immediate after, too. Twice.

If it weren’t for MGTOW.com I wouldn’t even participate on online forums/chat rooms.

That really is my biggest fear for the site. If white knights found out it existed and decided to start taking it down i would not know how the site would fair during an attack.

It’s interesting you say that. I just joined a new right-leaning forum that has two MGTOW sections. One is public that women can post in and be answered by any MGTOW who cares to reply and one is private that is male-only. It’s interesting to see these sections on a “non-MGTOW” site, but I don’t know if it means much because it is so new and empty (there are like 3 members on the forum including me). I got approved for the MGTOW member group but there is no traffic in the private area. I guess I could go talk to myself to plant the flag. Still, I take this as a sign that the concept is beginning to slowly permeate the culture.
