New Confederate Monument in Alabama

You heard that right gents.

This new monument is similar to a “Tomb of the Unknown Soldier”; a single memorial (often as a tomb or gravestone) dedicated to soldiers who were not identified and returned home. This monument was dedicated Sunday to the “unforgotten soldiers” who died in the Civil War, specifically to those from Crenshaw County, Alabama, where the site was erected.

Brothers fought brothers in a war that cost so many lives in a young United States, with the Union establishing memorials and monuments much like this one to commemorate the idea that the lives lost were not “blue” or “gray”, but Americans.

The new monument is dedicated to the “Unknown Alabama Soldier” of the former Confederate States of America.

You notice people don’t pull down statues down here in the south. They may get angry like over at Stone Mountain. But southerners don’t play that bulls~~~ like what happened in VA.

They hate veterans just as much as they hate blue collar workers, gun owners, people with money, facts, logic, reason and science. The only thing they hate MORE is themselves, which is why they have to tear down everything that reminds them what pieces of s~~~ they are.

This “confederate soldiers are legally U.S. war dead and veterans” argument is going to do nothing but expose the left’s hatred of veterans.

In that regard I suppose it will do more to hurt their cause with decent Americans than help it, which is a positive.
