One of the main characteristics of due process is that it involves facing your accuser. New app encourages women to make accusations anonymously. These go directly to HR without the woman having to identify herself.

I don't see my post right away

Updated 08.24, we have implemented a mechanism to automatically check for ( and publish ) any pending topics every 5 minutes. It is tested confirmed working, however in one case, the timestamp is setting it to GMT time (in the future) so any replies will appear before the topic. So, we have reverted the mechanism and will handle it manually until the timestamp issue can be solved. Thank you.
