You are right. It is a gynocentric freak show out there.

A guy should avoid women socially in order to have a peaceful life. Don’t date, don’t cohabitate, don’t marry.

A guy should also avoid women in the workplace. Women in the workplace are not your friend. You can not look at them (it makes them feel uncomfortable). You can’t share stories or ideas. (Your political views may offend them).
I remember a few years ago, a woman dropped an expensive instrument in surgery. She told her supervisor that it was my fault. She lied. Nonetheless I spent hours in HR and even had to hire an attorney. Cost me thousands.

This isn’t a problem for me. I’m 37 and not once have I dated because I was never interested in females. They put me through hell growing up and my female family members won’t leave me alone! I haven’t lived with a woman since my mom moved out when I was 11 in 1993 and life without being smacked around and yelled at is great.
