I’ve just been putting one foot in front of the other lately; going to work, working out, taking care of a lot of regular tasks, etc. And at this time of year, everybody around me seems to need something. Not in a bad way, but it adds up in terms of time, money and overall effort.

It’s not that I mind a routine, it can be comforting. But frankly, I could use some positive inspiration, spiritual or otherwise. I dunno…

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

    Remember the word “No”.

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

    Just a man

It often seems man’s place is to struggle through the day
    Fight and tame the bear
No thanks, no reward, just pay pay pay
On our soul it seems to wear.

I take note of the little things
Sunrise and a sunset crisp winter air
A quail done picking over my garden taking to wing
My car starting when I am out in nowhere.

    Strengthen my resolve
To keep putting one foot in front of the other
Yet again someone else’s problem to solve
Just remember mgtow in which you have a brother.

It gets better. Fall and winter make people more gloomy because of less sumlight and outdoor life being dormant.

Make sure you supplement with vitamin D, b vitamins to help with mood and energy. If you need some good stuff for keeping testosterone levels good, astragalus, honry goatweed, ginseng, pygeum, stinging nettle, saw palmetto, are all good.

    JB BOOKS,

Clean out an old closet, get out of your routine (not stuck in one). Getting out of routine helps our minds escape into new vistas.
search your memory of the past, discern what exactly made you inspirational, creative, happy, light-hearted….

I figured out recently that I had my most creative streaks when I was happy.

So Im trying to find out exactly what causes the happiness. Sadly, not much and I dont have any money lol.

But one thing for sure, is riding my bicycle everyday. It has a detectable positive influence on my mood. I like bicycle riding because unlike jogging, its much softer on your joints.

Loud music and films sometimes helps.

A spiritual meeting of sorts like AA or religion. If not those, spend time with MALES only where you can… Im getting jaded by the women in AA

Anyway, very important topic, thanks for sharing
