    And here. We. Go.
So, I wrote about how I had hated sales, even though I was good at it, and gotten into hospitality. Well, I worked there at the bottom rung, set 4 company records and got promoted after I tried to quit due to working with a boss I couldn’t stand. So, now I work in marketing. It seemed easy, laid back. However the entire office is filled with smug, high maintenance women. First red flag. One in particular hates me for quite literally no reason. She’s very unattractive, pushy, nosey and flat out obnoxious.
I’m very quiet about being a mgtow. And very to myself. However, the one lady that cannot stand me has made it a point to walk past my office several times. I obviously left my door open. But it made me uncomfortable. I can tell she is 110% out to get me. I have had no guidance in this role. Nor was I ever explained what was expected. So, I literally figure it out on my own. Anyways. The mean lady, we will just name her Minnie, is always glaring and giving mean looks and bossing around everyone in the office. So, I finally got tired of her walking past my office so I’ve decided to close my office door. A few weeks after I’ve kept my office door closed, my boss pulls me aside and says: “You look really bored at your job. Is there anything you cant do in 2 days for the entire week you are here?”
So, at this point, I know this lady has been bitching to my boss about me. For literally sitting in my office and bothering no one.
I felt like I was about to get sacked, but then he surprised me saying: “We know your strong point is sales, so we are considering having you prospect for our sales team. And of course, you would make a sizable difference in compensation.”
    Ok…
Now to me, it feels like a trap. I’m passed 90 days, so they legally cant just fire me without me getting some form of compensation. However, I feel like they may try to change my job title so they can sack me. Changing my job title (and I know this from seeing it at previous sales jobs, it’s how they would fire employees “legally” who were past 90 days) would reset my 90 days again. Which would make me fair game to be sacked.
So, I’m not really excited about doing it. Yes, an increase in pay sounds nice. However, I’ve seen people get screwed before. And if I say “No thanks” to this offer, I feel like my job will get worse. So, what do I do? I’m not against moving on, but I enjoy having my own office and not dealing with people often. Are there any office jobs where I literally dont have to speak to anyone? And I’m not talking IT, I have no idea how to code nor do I have the time to learn..
    Advice is much appreciated.
But hospitality is ran by feminazi sjws. And I dont really want to be in an environment like this one. :/

They get paid (or pay themselves) really well.

It “feels” like this and it “feels” like that …..If you want to do your present job RESPECTFULLY decline and tell your boss that you’re VERY CONTENT at your present position. If they know that you’re competent and doing a good job; Why would they want to get rid of you???

If you want to give the sales job a shot, and you’re Selling/making them money, I can’t see why they would want to get rid of you either???

Remember, in these “work” environments that have LOTS of Women employed’ they also need Men to do the majority of the work….

My experience has shown marketing is always full of bitchy vindictive women.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

    I loved Marketing.

Doing it at Best Buy was the Highlight of my day. The best part about it was that I would Make fun of the other people products. I’d always set up my own network, and then have images prerendered on the machine on a sd card or small USB thumb drive and I would always show my printers were the fastest, even though that was not the real world case.

Man, I loved it when really bitchy people came in, I would gladly take them. (for a ride)

The trick is, have another job on the side, and just go with the flow and no f~~~s given. Dude, most of the time, I was never at my job, and I just kept doing fun s~~~ all day long. Man. Marketing is FUN!

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Johnny, I have one bit of advice for you:

FOLLOW YOUR PASSION!! The movie, “The Equalizer” had a great quote in the beginning. “The two most important days of our lives are the day we are born, and the day we discover why.” This is so true. You were put here for a reason. You have a contribution to make to the world. If you don’t mind doing it you can get some counseling to figure out who you are. Counselors are great. They are like a guide. The good ones can help you to discover who you are.

Maybe you can go back to school? I did at 56 years-old and I am kicking ass! Perhaps you can go to a trade school or go to college? Whatever you decide we MGTOW are behind you 100%!!

The Chinese have a saying, “Do a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life.”

The Chinese have a saying, “Do a job you love and you will never work a day in your life.”
After my divorce it took a little while and some counseling but I decided to follow my passion. I never looked back. My daughter is grown now and after putting her through college, I am now finishing up a couple of degrees in my field, behavioral health. If you follow your passion you will:

    1) Feel good about life because you have a purpose
    2) You will make enough money
    3) You will be good at it because you love it
    4) It may lead you to other places that you never considered

My advice is to start looking for your passion and follow it wherever it leads. It takes courage but you are a MGTOW!!
