I was thinking of the expression; “Near Death-Experience”, and thought about something for the MGTOW-community. And this is what I came up with:

I had one with my bitch neighbor recently. A dry rotted branch that was light as a feather had fallen from my tree into her yard. She threatened me and was a total c~~~. Due to her being elderly, I withheld my venom only made a coy comment to the effect of I don’t care that’s what my homeowner’s policy is good for and walked away.

I later learned from a friend of mine who has a rental portfolio and had one of his trees actually damage a neighbor’s house that “acts of God” are covered by the policy of the property owner where the branch fell. I wish I would have known that.

This is also the same c~~~ who complains about my chimenea use in the Winter. I think I’ll fire up the chainsaw at 0800 tomorrow for her. I need to remove some small trees on my side of the property line.

That’s too close for comfort. It’s more aptly named with-bitch experience.

Near-bitch experience would to be turn on NFC on your smartphone and see if it vibrates.
