Just saw Cavaliers win the championship against the Warriors coming back from 1-3 deficit
This was probably the weirdest sports scene I’ve ever seen
Tons of grown-up men were weeping on the floor and the coach wept too. It almost seemed like they put estrogen in their Gatorade, like in the movie The Longest Mile.

Most commercials were about feminist causes where players wash dishes and WNBA. There were a ton of women and children in every shot.

    What the actual f~~~?!

I think the deficit was the reason for the tears, vegas had a 7% chance of them winning the series based on those odds. This was a very challenging, competitive, and add the s~~~ storm of sports media and I can see how they were took over by emotions. I was going for GS but I respect a group of men who come together for one common goal and achieve it with 7% odds. The problem with society is that men are notallowed to express emotion unless its being a white knight or mangina for vagina. When a man cries at a wedding for feelinzzz so lucky to have a bride,no one bats an eye.As far as the commercials, its typical feminist recruitment to get men aboard the ship to do the bidding. What other time can you get millions of male eyeb~~~~ then sporting events.I notice non mgtow men I talk to are starting to get sick of this PC/female crap and are abadoning the whole idea of equality,so let them keep pressing.

    The NBA is fixed.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

While there is some influence by the refs here and there to direct games and series in a certain direction, if the NBA was truly fixed, I think the biggest market of New York and the Knicks would have won at least one title since 1973!

Whoever is fixing it must REALLY love a small market like San Antonio…

There’s a reason why I don’t watch sports on television.

Sports is rigged. They rig one of two ways.

    1. League rigs it, for marketing purposes. Plus the headlines like: is LeBron the best ever? They can talk about that for the next 3 months.
    Or
    2. Mob steps in and rigs it for certain point spread.

    Shit Tested, Cunt Approved.

Today’s game, series and season literally came down to whether a number of 24 foot shots went in a basket or not over a 5 minute period. Yes sport is rigged in some ways to varying degrees, money talks.

But unless the league or the mob has mastered telekinesis, today’s result could have gone either way, even considering point spread.

    The NBA is fixed.

Definitely agree with the finals. The more games they have, the more money they make.

You missed the point – I wasn’t the result that weirded me out. It was the amount of social engineering dispensed by the league. I’m telling you – it’s almost like players and coaches had a meeting with feminazi handlers before the game and were told: “If you feel like crying – go ahead and cry – it’s OK for men to not hold back emotions and to weep publicly”. Because I’ve seen a lot of championship celebrations before – and NEVER before seen ANYTHING like this s~~~ – THE F~~~ING WATERWORKS! I’m telling you – there is something up with this. It’s almost like they were on estrogen. I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but it’s almost like there was something in the air or food/drink. Or maybe they really had a meeting of some sorts with their “LEAN IN” program managers.
So you watch giant men weep on TV, and then a commercial comes on and same men push all-female Ghostbusters and leaning in with housework. And the league now purposefully allows small children and women to the court and press conferences. It’s F~~~ING feminist BRAINWASHING to sissify and confuse men.
Go to drudgereport.com and this is the main headline:

Now that, I did see,but I wonder what’s in it for the league to cater to this B.S.? Is it because they know there present and future stars will be raised by single mothers so they have to cater to them. It’s a known fact most women hate sports,I can’t wrap my head around it. I’m sick of the female commentators who know nothing about sports sitting on the panel also.

The NBA has been operating under what is known as a “soft fix” for decades and before that it was simply rigged. This is because basketball is the easiest of the four “Major” sports to fix or rig. Of the four Majors, only basketball has seen league officials and referees imprisoned for fixing games.

Tim Donaghy wasn’t the first “bent” NBA ref nor was he the only one working at the time. His “burner” phone – the one he used to place bets and talk with the bookies paying him to make bogus foul calls – also had the names a phone numbers of over a dozen other NBA refs on it. That part of the case was hushed up and Donaghy paid off with a lighter sentence.

The college game in particular has been crooked for it’s entire existence. Players are approached early on and learn how to shave points as amateurs and then take those skills and contacts with them to the professional leagues.

It seems counter-intuitive, but neither the league or gamblers are interesting in fixing which team wins any given game. Instead, as Bigboy pointed out, both are more interested in tweaking the scores of games with the league wanting longer, more “exciting” series and gamblers wanting to fiddle with point spreads.

Gamblers and bookmakers achieve their goal with straightforward payments for missed shots, fouls, and other player actions. The league accomplishes it’s goals in a more nuanced manner; by using the referees.

The NBA has long had what is acknowledged as the worst officiating cohort of the four Majors. The league hires, promotes, and assigns it’s deliberately poor staff on the basis of malleability rather than competence. For example, the ref who “missed” the Kawhi foul on Westbrook costing the Spurs a game and the playoff series was rated by the league’s own service as this season’s worst NBA referee. Despite that he was tapped to work the Finals.

Apart from “tolerating” and promoting bad refs, the league also applies it’s “soft fix” through tape sessions with the referees. The morning before a game, the refs are gathered together and shown video of the types of fouls the league wants to emphasize in the upcoming game along with video of specific players committing those newly emphasized fouls.

It’s been long known that superstars are “allowed to play” and not charged with fouls as often as the rest of the league. Jordan routinely traveled during his spectacular dunks and LeBron might as well be a fullback for all the “finesse” he displays moving the ball. What isn’t so well known is that certain players are also targeted during certain games for certain fouls, thus we see Curry foul out in Game 6 something he hadn’t done the entire season up to that point.

While all sports are crooked to some extent, the NBA is blatantly so because of it’s built-in fan base and their knee-jerk reaction to any perceived criticism. The NBA doesn’t need to clean up it’s act because it’s fan base simply doesn’t care.

The NFL as well seems like another one of the rigged sports especially with the superbowl.

I can think of better things to do than watch people throw a ball back and forth.
