No doubt great, but I struggle with The concept it offends me, men pay for the house why are they just allowed a little of it ?
A man has to have a cave like an animal, while the c~~~ has the castle..
The whole damn house should be the man cave. No exceptions.
Ya I was gonna say f~~~ that it’s like saying look master so nice to give me 10% of the f~~~ing house I paid for and maintain like mangina Cool aid f~~~ that
Aloha means family you don't leave family behind. Who will be the next Draconarius for MGTOW? MGTOW = brothers = acceptance = belonging
The whole concept of the man cave is offensive to me. It carries the suggestion that men are somehow subhuman… that their personal spaces would be like the musky back of a bear cave, full of bones and s~~~, if it weren’t for the finishing touches of a woman in their lives.
Bulls~~~. My house is immaculate. Every woman’s house I’ve ever been in has been an utter disaster, poorly decorated, messy and just plain dirty.
My house is not a “man cave” it’s my home and it kicks the s~~~ out of anything a woman could do. I had a chick over here once who was doing the typical “oh, is your wife coming home soon” s~~~. I looked her in the eye and said “Look around you. Do you see one single shred of evidence that a woman had ANYTHING to do with decorating this home? Do you see anything pink, frilly or covered in cat hair?”
She was stupefied by the suggestion that a man could decorate a home without a woman. Hah, all the great artists, architects and designers are men. Stupid girl.
My whole house. Owned free and clear with no other persons name on it.
I have a Man’s House.
My living room looks like an Irish pub.
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
I think one of the red pills that led to my freedom, was when I had to put my desk in the garage, because it didn’t fit with her décor. So there I am, in the garage, in FLORIDA sweating my ass off trying to get some work done. In the house I PAY FOR. Not so much gents, not so much. 42 days free and loving it.
Yep, I think the whole meaning of the word man cave is changing. It’s no longer really just about the one room in the house where the man can be comfortable. It’s about masculine styling.
She was stupefied by the suggestion that a man could decorate a home without a woman.
I’m familiar with the feeling. It scares the s~~~ out of women as it shatters the notion that a man can’t live well without a woman. Several women have told me “wow, you have good taste!” with utter surprise.
As far as the pictures go, I like many of the ideas displayed here. But it’s also clear that many involved someone other then a man involvement since there are decorations that don’t appear to have much sentimental value or function. They don’t tell you much about the person. Personally, I enjoy the stuff I had a direct involvement in designing and building then in stuff that has clearly been professionally decorated.
I would be rather interested to see how some of the men here have decorated their homes.
Ok. Then do it.
My whole house is a man cave. I have a restored motorcycle in the living room, I always watch what ever I want on the TV.
The first thing when ever a woman starts to get close she wants to reorganize and redecorate. My ex wife always used to throw my stuff in the garage, like the garage was mine and the rest of the house, which I built, was hers.
I have man home. If you have a man cave then you gave the rest of your hard earned home to her.
There is a man cave in there somewhere if you can find it before you vomit. If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
If any replies, don’t bring up women, because I want a Man Cave topic to go by without a woman being brought up.
Did any of you not read the part about “DON’T BRING UP WOMEN IF ANY REPLIES?” Apparently not! I tried to point out some fancy rooms that I can only dream of, and all you guys just had to bring a woman into it. You guys are obsessed putting women into everything and it’s annoying!
For your guy’s information, a man cave doesn’t mean a woman is living there and she gives you the basement or garage, while she has the other 90% of the damn house! I haven’t lived with a woman since I was 10 years old, and I have a man cave! To me it’s a fancy room themed to your passions; a bowling alley, arcade room, hunting/fishing lodge, music, video games, or whatever your passion is. You can have a man cave without a woman being any part of your life; I did. That’s to those who pointed out that the term man cave is offensive to you and put a woman into this. Gee, I thought it was all these liberals protesting the past 2 years get offended so easily; I guess even some MGTOWs get offended also.

Some really good ideas there.
My “I love me room” would be a cross between a library and a log cabin.
All modern conveniences (plug ins/wires/switches) hidden, a stone fireplace (high efficiency though), brass/copper/brushed nickle lamps/fixtures 1880 style. Hand built book cases, end tables etc. 2 big assed leather chairs to read in, some animal rugs, and antique outdoors equipment adorning the walls.Hell, if I had the money my whole home would look like that.
The flavour and look of history combined with all the conveniences of today. There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
