I am new here so y’all don’t know me but I had my own trading corporation. A few weeks back my recommendation is to get out of the stock market… At that time it was at 25,000. It’s still holding around there so my recommendation is still good. It’s based on a number of factors which are all very strong in their indications. I would stay out at least till the end of the summer and at that point I’ll be reevaluating the situation.

Agreed, but I’ll never trust the stock market again and have no skin in that game, they took that too!

I’m watching silver creep north and that’s usually a good indicator as it’s tangible and not subject to quantitative easing (watering down).

Inflation is starting and that alone will slow the economy from overheating with hyper inflation, but that’t the eventual cost for printing an extra 7 trillion dollars and injecting that into the system by monetizing the debt.

I’m just here for the ride!

I’ve cut my stock allocation from 40% to down below 2%. Money flowing into hard and alternative assets. I might be wrong, but I sleep like a baby now.

If I had money to put in the market…the reason I drive an hour to work is because that’s where I can afford to live.

Holding cash now. I agree this is not a good time to enter the markets. Take some profit off the table and let the rest run.

It’s ok guy. I don’t have the money anymore to invest…. all of mine went to medical bills, now I’m dirt poor living on ssi.. about to lose my house because of crazy property taxes and my section 8 number won’t come up for another 2 or 3 years. I might be selling my house and having to buy something to live in while I wait. I went from having a ton of money to having no money… it’s been an interesting experience.
If you could put together, $160 or $100 or $20 I can show you what to get in silver. If not that, I’ll show you a way to save which is painless.

I agree on the silver. I don’t see really any risk right here, but a lot of upside potential. … and just a short while back it went under $16 … to me, a bargain. Check back later to this thread… I”ll write verything out that I see including metals.

Actually I am all in and buying. Anytime I can scrape together enough money to put in a buy order I do. Market timing is a fools game. Have seen to many friends drop big money trying to guess the market. Buy what you are comfortable with for the long haul. If your outlook is a year then perhaps you should not be in the market ever.

Same here. Besides, I’m too old to invest now anyway, even if I had the money. Plus, this world is f~~~ing insane and on the brink of apocalyptic failure. I’ll invest in a 30 pack of beer because it’s cheaper than buying 5 six packs. Same with gin. Buy it by the case when it’s on sale. It doesn’t go bad sitting in the back room for months and months.

That’s true restraint right there. Back when I drank, the idea of back stacking alcohol when it was on sale….no way, I drank every drop I could put my mitts on. Now that I don’t drink, it’s funny because my buddy has had the same cans of Budsweiser in his fridge for over a year. I’m like, “dude, when you gonna drink those?!” Can’t understand why he has them in there, he doesn’t drink either. The beer Corona, in a bottle, it really will go bad after a certain time. I drank one that was over a year old once, it was awful.

I drank a Corona that was well under a year old, it was still awful.

you weren’t doing it right maybe. You need a lime and a funnel, bra!

    beer bong

When I used to drink I had a beer funnel I named it, The Liver Loather!

But my favorite beer to drink was always India Pale Ales with ridiculously high alcohol %. A six pack of that inside 2 hours will really set you straight, too straight in my case because I’d start drinking rum and Id be off to the races. Last time I drank, the very last drink was a Hurricane (rum fruit punch drink) on July 30th 2013. I’d had more than a few that night. And Id started it off just like I said, with a six make of IPA 9% alcohol. It didn’t end well. Luckily, I never again drank after that day 5 years ago this month.

That’s just me though, I hope you enjoy your beverages. Cheers. I’m drinking LeCroix waters and Lemonade lol.

I don’t have enough restraint, not as much as I’d like to have. If it’s after 5 or 6 o’clock, I’m probably having a cold one.
