I just wanted to throw up a quick intro. I will expand upon it in a later post.

Im currently mid 30s working in software, and have probably been red pill since college. I don’t have some of the battle scars many here do, but I salute them for lighting the way for my own path.

Quick PS. The nick is what I used to put in old arcade games when playing back when I was a kid

    Welcome to the MGTOW community.

In your 30s working in software, I bet all the post wall bitches are desperately trying to luck you down for your ca$h. Don’t let them and by god don’t get any of them pregnant. Feel free to share more of your life story and your experiences.

I'm paying her 25% of my salary over the next eight years. I had to pay my lawyer, her lawyer, 50% of all my retirement funds and give her another few thousand dollars to make her go away. It cost me $20 to get married and will cost me over $220,000 to get divorced.

Albert and Gref, thanks for the welcome.

One quick bit regarding money, women, and small red-pill moments. Back in 2010, I was working well over full time on a big project milestone, and my older sister, whose life has been an impressive succession of back to back train wrecks, comes over with a sob story about how she needs money for something and her ex-husband had screwed her out of something he owed her, which my now awakened MGTOW-sense now tells me this is certainly a lie. I initially agreed to loan her some money, fully understanding that I might not get it back. Then I logged into Facebook (like I do once or twice a year for unknown reasons) and looked at her timeline for the week leading up to her asking for money. Bar night pictures, hot tub party, bar night, karaoke,… She’s so hard up she has to come begging for money, but she still can afford to go to the bar most nights, and host parties in the hot tub I know she never paid another one of my brothers anything to set up (mainly several hundred dollars in parts). Additionally, she had apparently already borrowed a significant sum of money from our parents, and made no signs of repaying that amount.

I sent her a text that said, pay your bills out of your party funds = problems solved, you don’t need anything from me. She hasn’t asked me directly for anything since. Ironically, even in years leading up to that I had always greeter her when I answered the phone, or when I saw her at my house with “What do you want now?” Because she was always there looking for something.

lol that was a great story. Good job on not enabling her irresponsibility, I have zero patience or sympathy for people like that. IME women suck with money even the ones that make good money. It’s hard for women to comprehend that money is limited and there’s a future you need to be prepared for. Women are short term thinkers.
