5 months ago I joined a group of guys that play poker once a month. I notice that 4 married members receive multiple texts and/or phone calls from the wives during this event. I also have noticed that if the guy hosting is married, his wife is always lurking about (which is creepy on its own level).

We all take turns hosting and last night it was my turn. I made everyone turn off the cellphones and I put them in a drawer (this was received with some negative feedback, but all complied.

An hour into it, one of the wives actually showed up at my door to see her husband because she claimed to be “worried”. I told her he was fine, not sold into slavery and that we were not receiving guests at the time and I closed the door in her face. I could hear her screaming on the porch and so could her husband. I could see the fear on his face, but we all told him to stay seated and take charge, which he did.

We all laughed and had a wonderful time, but I am certain I will be hearing from him later today telling me he cannot play with us anymore.

Would any of us crash a hen party? OF COURSE NOT. UGH.

Women are afraid that men, when left alone, start doing the same thing women do – gossiping to each other about ways to control women, cheating, sex details – which is unacceptable thing for men to do. If a cell phone is turned off – he must be f~~~ing some skank and other men are covering his butt. Because, you know, it’s super easy for men to get laid – just like for women. The last poker night at my friends place, his wife was lurking just as you said. After she got tipsy she came to the table and sat down and started saying sexually charged comments at us. She was totally happy being the only woman there amongst all the men. My friend actually put a stop to it when it was apparent his drunk wife was getting slutty, and he sent her to bed. She actually listened to him it was amazing.

Once a man gets into ANY relationship with a female, she begins a deprogramming and isolation regimen. It is like being in a cult. You are continuously watched, tested and beat down until you are under complete control and become an obedient servant. The leaders of the cults (women) want the outside world to view them as kind, giving and fair. When the “outsiders” are gone, the brainwashing and isolation continues. Even in instances where several “reprogrammed” members get together, a watchful eye is kept on them. They don’t want notes being exchanged, stories being repeated or alliances organizing.
Kudos for the idea of turning off the cell phones. It wouldn’t surprise me if your friend started to become estranged from you. You symbolize a danger to the wife’s power. She will eventually try to neutralize you from him.

I know it could happen, it’s funny but they are drawn to me like a moth to flame because they know I operate on my own terms and I think it intrigues them.

One of the reasons very likely why I am MGTOW, is that any woman I would be involved with, I would want to have her share my interests and be able to do them with me. If I were to do Poker, etc… I would expect her to be interested. There is also room for time alone stuff, but that is part of it. There would be an understanding of things. Well, I can’t seem to find a woman who would share my interests, have sexual attraction, and with whom I can do more with and have a better life.

What I have run into repeatedly is women who want themselves to be the end all and be all, for its own sake. I don’t have this personally. So, I am MGTOW. That is how it is now.

Well, I am not much into poker personally, so that isn’t an example. But I do like other games.
