My new job in Swe Armed Forces…there is a girl

Hi fellow men

Have worked 3 weeks at my new job now, used to do it part time earlier so started immediately without intro etc. Solid group of guys in the platoon and one girl….
Single mother and totally useless! She has caused a lot of problems from what I heard. Dudes has fell in love with her and she has complained about harassments.

Last week we were out the terrain (practice) looking for sabotage units, Good exercise with a good b-force who challenged us, the weather in Sweden now is a bit tough, really cold at night and we only have what we can carry of course so you have to take care of yourself and do the s~~~ that is needed to stay on top of s~~~.
I had this girl in my group and she didn’t do a thing right, I tried to show her but she refused to learn. She lowered the entire group. All other members did their s~~~ on time without complaining, we had a good time! All she wanted was to go home.

I had to talk to the chief about this and he knew…mangina Sweden lets girls get away with this s~~~! Its f~~~ing tragic.

Next time, check if anyone in your unit has some sapping tools, and tell her to dig a foxhole, then she will be occupied digging, and will not bother the unit.

Or, you can simply leave her behind. I know that this is agains all the rules in the books, but when someone is a risk to the entire platoon, or the person pull his own weight (and learns the hardest way to not be a liability), or will be left behind.

On a more serious note, I realize it is not permitted to leave a team member behind … but that is exactly what I would be tempted to do. Leave the bitch behind to fend for herself.

I did a few times… And they reprimanded me, but NEVER I got anyone that didn’t learned the lesson.

Pull your weight, get your s~~~ together, because in the suck you will die if you don’t.

Even my superiors knew about this “behaviour” of mine when they placed someone who didn’t pulled his weight…

I think that they placed these people in my unit so that I could “set them straight”, get reprimanded by this behaviour, but succeded in creating another soldier from a civilian.

Believe me, I never got an harsher “punishment” as a weekend license revoked.
