I was in the smoke the other day and bumped into a friend I haven’t seen in over ten years. I grew up with this guy, he was one of the first generation of professional UFC fighters over here, and pioneered the sport in Northern Ireland. Had plenty of fights in the ring.
He’s retired now but trains up and coming Irish fighters in his own gym. He also has an iron temple in an annex off the main floor area. This is it.

He said I could use the place FREE OF CHARGE any time I was in the area. I offered to pay of course,
but he wouldn’t hear of it. Here it is, old school as f~~~, covered in dust and EMPTY 90% of the time. I just plug the Metallica in and blast it. Sorry for the blurry pics, a combination of s~~~ty phone camera and shaky arms after a heavy shoulder and trap session.
