I need to lose weight and the videos below are the types of bodies I want to look like on my journey goals.

This is what I want to look like after I lose all the extra fat weight. By the way, I wish I looked like him back when I was that age. I’m just afraid that at 35 and after I get there, my body won’t look this good.

After I lose all the weight, my next fitness goal is to look like this beastly CrossFit athlete, Dan Bailey. By the way, I saw a video of this guy saying that he living a better life single. So not only is he an accomplished CrossFit athlete, but he’s also a MGTOW.

This workout below is still MGTOW and CrossFit athlete Dan Bailey, but he’s doing a workout I like to try some day, which I will do once the snow and ice stays melted:

Yes, these are the bodily types I’m trying to achieve. The only thing, I hope I get the mood to do an actual workout. Every time I plan on it, I lose the mood and do something lazy.

Good, man! Those are good goals. Remember that a good diet and eliminating processed sugars will aid you tremendously.

I work out regularly and I’m very happy with my body but I would like to hone it a bit further. Also, it’s amazing how quickly and easily you can lose your gains, so you have to keep disciplined.

All of the above plus remember that caloric deficit is key! Track your food no matter how annoying it can be or no matter what “diet” you are on. You can do it!

My approach in life is to allways go into something , easy and in small incroments.
    Think long term.

Burn slightly more calories than you take in.

    Forever.

A work out routine, thats not overwellming on a lazy day.

    Think long term, and consistant.

A year from now, you can kick a 20 somethings ass.

Witch is really, really fun!!!! Hahah

When I get a pair of 20 pound dumbbells, I want to try this fat-burning workout by Scott Herman, who I download all this videos. I looks fun and possible for me to do.

By the way, I tried a floor workout and I crashed after a short while. Because of my gut, I can’t get into position and do it.

As I watch workout videos while doing the workout, I’m eating leftover fresh celery stalks.

I don’t KNOW you, or your genetics, but unless you have some pretty outstanding genetics you have set your goals pretty damn high.

I’m NOT saying that you can’t lose weight, tone up, and look a hell of a lot better than you do now, but besides the hard work and diet that works for YOU; DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the IMPORTANCE of YOUR GENETICS.

I think that far to often individuals will look at these Men with OUTSTANDING GENETICS, and use them as their yardstick, and when their results don’t match that of their yard stick they give up. Your friend Dan Bailey has an OUTSTANDING Genetic package. THIS HE WAS BORN WITH. THIS CAN NOT BE MADE IN THE GYM.

My two cents on Crossfit is that if you pretty much want to guarantee yourself injuries and joint problems then go ahead and do Crossfit.

I’m NOT trying to dissuade you about losing weight and getting in shape, but keep your immediate goals realistic with where you are NOW, and BUILD from there. If you find yourself with a blazing six pack, full round muscle belly’s, v taper and a well defined serratus then your “ideal” body image will be met, but if that is not in the cards for you; focus on managing your weight and getting healthier without injuring yourself and tearing up your joints. Just My 2 Cents……

    Goals won’t work.

You will quit in 2 weeks. I see the motivation of new gym members beginning of each year and it quickly fades away.

Write down what you need to do not what you want to look like.

You are aiming for the apex and far often than not the tendency for people to step in front of camera for millions to see, is also an important reason they rely heavily on supplements; steroids or otherwise.

I have been working out for 4 years and have 562 days in gym as of writing this (Loop Habits app). Average day is 1.5 hours. No gym pals, phone, or socializing. I go there to work hard. And I do that.

I do not resemble half as good as the crossfit athletes. I could if I made sure my diet was better in terms of protein intake. But I don’t go to gym to look a certain way.

Instead realize that exercise is good for body, good for mind, and increases your energy levels as well as self-image. You are overall more upbeat. Those are the reasons to incorporate exercise. Not to look like a certain way.

Many make the mistake, and most of those quit.

Perhaps its not what you wanted to hear but my 2 cents.

    Best wishes.
