So guys, I just got fired from my NASA today after being there almost 2 whole months. Whoopdeespit.

After I started my job there, things were great at first. But I DID notice some things about it that I tried looking past.

The website to the company says “a woman-owned small business” on the top left corner of the website…so it’s one of the FIRST things you see on there.

My manager of the warehouse was female. The entire office staff there was female. All the many males that worked for the company were either very high up corporate managers or warehouse workers.

Let me begin by saying that working with them wasn’t too hard, and that they left me alone to my work, which was great. I had little to no distractions. The problem came in that the training they gave me was extremely rushed and not very clear. Their instructions were EXTREMELY poor.

The instructions were SO poor in fact that it affected how *I* worked. I would do what they previously trained me to do, but then they’d tell me THAT was the wrong way to do it. I’m the type that can take many notes, but I learn by hands-on experience and by doing it over and over until I perfect it…to where it becomes a HABIT.

I had a project I had to work on that was given to me last Wednesday and was told to finish it that afternoon. No problem, but I needed to be left alone and needed to focus on it, as it was a BIG project. I had to print out thousands of documents and get signatures for them from various workers/managers. The problem? They also made me do other things in between, which interfered with my work. It was confusing me horribly and making me run behind on my project.

About 2 weeks ago, they hired on a black woman to work with us in the office as well. I noticed she was being given the same training packets and assignments as me, but they were training her very closely. I noticed when I approached any of them with questions (because I was still learning), they’d come off as VERY annoyed. I wanted to make sure I was doing my work right. They even told me at the beginning of the job up to a WEEK ago that training would take months and that it was nothing to stress about, and that I was doing great.

…But then I made ONE mistake and they let me go. ONE. The corporate managers told me they had no room for ANY error whatsoever.

…If they didn’t, why did they throw so many assignments at me at once, KNOWING I was still learning? Why do I feel like I was dumped so they could keep this black woman for the sake of “diversity” or something?

Let’s also note, the first week of work, I wasn’t able to get computer access yet. What did they have me do? Clean out an entire closet they haven’t touched in the 8 years the company has been in that warehouse. That’s no big deal to me, but I WILL say it wasn’t in my job description to do so. In fact, the union I worked under was very strict about what the office workers do…and that includes NOT doing anything physically demanding, ESPECIALLY in the warehouse (where this supply closet was). Again, I don’t mind physically demanding, but I only learned late into my contract with them that I wasn’t even supposed to do that kind of work in the first place.

So now here I am, job hunting like crazy. I haven’t been unemployed in 3 years. I’m stressed. I paid for this month of rent, so I’m good there…but I had put a decent down payment on a new truck because my car is about to crap about any day now.

I’m almost tempted to leave the apartment and live in the truck (it’s actually a huge SUV that I can literally sleep in the back of, and I’d have it paid off in under 2 years…and I bought it as a “just in case” this kind of thing happened).

    Here goes nothing…

I dropped a TON of resumes on Indeed.com (where I got the NASA job). About 10-15 of them for sure. I then also applied for a temp agency earlier, and will be going to one tomorrow. Also applied for an online part-time job.

We’ll see if anything good comes around.

Some may also ask why I’d rather put my money towards my new truck rather than my apartment.

To be honest, it’s half the cost per month, and I can get around in it to jobs if I need to. It’s enough space to sleep in, and enough space to put my important stuff in. Also, once it’s fully paid off (which it can be sooner than later if I’m ONLY paying on it) it’s mine…while the apartment will ALWAYS be 800 a month but could increase every year (as it has been every time I have signed a new lease with them).

I may have to forcefully become very minimalist (I already planned to nearly a year ago and got lazy about it). I’m mentally prepared…now I just need to actually prepare.

Suppose you live in the truck. Where will you s~~~, shave and shower? Also, suppose the truck gets totalled by some broad on her phone. What then? Not trying to poke holes here, just want to stimulate some thought.

I’ve considered getting a gym membership for the showers. Bathrooms are no biggie as I’ve experienced sleeping in my smaller car before (boy was THAT uncomfortable). Slept in places like a Wal-Mart parking lot. Used their restrooms if I needed to. I also have a few friends of mine that would definitely let me use their showers or to just clean up altogether.

I’m just thinking long-term emergency. I’ve been through this before and I had WISHED I had a bigger vehicle with some AC to sleep in.

How is “NASA” a “a woman-owned small business”????

How do you always get involved in these mostly-female wasp’s nest situations? – one after the other.

Do you know what a “Dudley Do-Right” is? It’s a nickname for a guy who works his ass off trying to “do the right thing” , but around women – if you’re a Dudley Do-Right – you’re only digging your own grave.

LEARN TO SHUT THE F~~~ UP AND BE COOL.

If you MUST take instructions from women, you purse your lips and nod, don’t say a word except “I got this” or “I’ll take care of it”…. admit nothing, deny everything, act surprised and show concern. Say AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. You don’t even need to say “It’s done”. Just do it and shut up.

Communicating with women is for women and gays. Men just do their s~~~ and don’t TALK about it so much.

Showering at the gym is for gays. And don’t drop the soap.
Walmart parking lot? Sleeping in your SUV?

Jesus Christ, man. Pull yourself together. Where do you even get these thoughts? It shouldn’t even be a THOUGHT that enters your mind. You will get yourself another job – or two – get a bartending job or wait tables part time. Or ANYTHING to avoid sleeping in a Walmart parking lot for f~~~ sake.

( Sometimes I think you come here to s~~~ test us just to see what we will say in response to it. )

“OK So this woman I had a one night stand with says she might be pregnant”.
    Remember that one?

F~~~. How do you even let it get there? I’m not giving you s~~~! I REALLY WANNA KNOW!!!
These mini-disasters you keep telling us about are my worst nightmares!

women are the problem here , not you.

I agree with that – partially – but when I have to work with women, I know how to work them.

You know how dogs and bees can smell fear?? (they say)
Well women smell insecurity and most women are insecure themselves.

If you’re even 1% insecure, women can smell that s~~~.

So when a “man” is around them and he’s not sure of himself or what to do and needs instructions from women, women smell it and hate it. There is not a single woman on the planet who is turned on by teaching a man how to f~~~ her properly. You have to just KNOW it and you have to DO it. You don’t talk about it. You don’t ASK her. You grab her by the scruff of her neck, push her head into the pillow and f~~~ her right into next week.

The same is true in the workplace. You have to dominate your s~~~ just like you have to dominate THEM.
I couldn’t be more passionate about this.

I’m not talking about being a rapist. I’m talking about OWNING YOUR S~~~. Claiming ownership of a situation. The way you describe these scenarios, you don’t strike me like you’re owning your s~~~. You are describing it like you’re lost fart in a thunderstorm and everything happens TO you – via some external factors beyond your control. You need to learn how to reverse the script , own it, write it yourself, and make s~~~ happen in your favor according to YOUR design.

If you thought it’s easier said than done…. that limitation is purely in your head.
Starting today, your MGTOW homework is to start believing in yourself.

No excuses. Everything you do starting today – including leaving a job – will be because YOU decided it and you will make s~~~ happen according to YOUR DESIGN. You do not really want to sleep in your car in a Walmart parking lot. So strike that from your mind because it’s not going to happen. I would wish you good luck, but luck is not a factor.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

@ GovernorMegachris%. For your own good, I agree with Keymaster on this.

You got f~~~ed over by them picking someone subjectively based on quotas etc.
You might want to carefully stay in touch with them as when they turn her loose at work she’ll f~~~ things up big time.

In the meantime keep working at getting a job anywhere else.
We’re rooting for you. Keep us updated please.

I like Chris and am fond of him, but there’s a pattern here, and I want to see him fix it.

A few years ago, I saw a movie totally by accident. James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie. It’s about a guy who takes control of his life , turns things around for himself, and it was a REAL surprise hit with me. I never heard of the movie, or read reviews or even remember seeing posters, but at the end, I wanted to watch it again. The last line made me applaud and cheer.

Fifty years ago, NASA was the pride of scientific research for the western world. Now, NASA is a used tampon for the politically correct SJWs.

This is why I am not really interesting in any STEM or other jobs such as that. Because if the jobs still exist the SJW and the 1% will make sure the jobs either go to foreigners, or women, because they hate us western men.

NASA CONTRACTOR, not NASA itself. There are contractor within the place…one of which I worked for. THAT is the small owner business.

I kept to myself and spoke to none of them.

I did my work and never caused any trouble. It was over ONE mistake I was let go and now I’m trying to find out what to do in a worst case scenario, as I’ve been through before.

I don’t like being in this situation at all. But I have to prepare long term on case it doesn’t look good.

I had some decent finances saved (better than before), and still do. Enough to get me by for a month. Doesn’t sound like much but that’s better than before.

I’ve been pounding that pavement since the 7th grade when a new English imposter word was shoved in my ass by the most man hating feminist c~~~ my world had to offer, the word was Mizzzzzzz and the c~~~ was Mizzzzzzz Parkins! But out a s~~~ load of resumes online. You will get call backs in no time. Worked for me, and I have no college education.

Claiming ownership of your life is very important, but it’s also dangerous to claim too much ownership. Every day, there are guys on the introduction forum beating themselves up for things that weren’t their fault.

It’s important to realize that, as a mortal, it is impossible for you to keep all contributing factors in your head. It’s also important to realize that there is absolutely no justice in this world. There are people who work their asses off, and “do the right thing,” yet they get fired, while a lazy sycophant gets promoted with the pay raise.

I’m not saying adopt a victim mentality; I’m saying take control of your life, but recognize that there are things in your life that are beyond your control, especially when it comes to dealing with other people.

I have my bills covered for a month. I’m putting out loads of resumes and hopefully something will come up.

All I can do is get up and dust myself off and keep going.

The training was lackluster and threw everything off in that job. Only thing I can do now is just keep going. I knew I was performing well in the job, but I didn’t let anyone else know that because I also know looking TOO good can get you fired as well (see my LAST job at the university).

Though I will say as my warehouse manager drove me out, she decided to give me some “words of wisdom.” She said I need to work on my confidence to improve it. She said I was a fantastic worker, but I’d let too many things cause me to get forgetful and possibly stressed out.

Honestly I don’t see where confidence has to do with anything on the job (I was actually MORE confident because I was STILL LEARNING for goodness’ sake). They were saying I was doing great at the job until they hired that other woman…then suddenly ONE mistake I made cost me my job.

I’m planning on keeping my apartment until I know I can’t anymore…but I’ve paid the rent for this month and my other bills are covered. I’ve got a month to do this. I’ve got this, I think.

I do believe you’ll get another job. You can and you will. I expect the best from you Governor Mega Chris and am certain you will make time to thoroughly prepare here and will lock the next position in strongly.

IMO Never take the “advice” of a woman, not even with a ‘grain of salt’.
Consider the source, that c~~~ was merely covering her tracks.
She’s most likely concerned that you will write up what happened to you, especially in a job seekers blog / chamber of commerce / better business bureau.
Which you don’t plan on doing and I don’t recommend.
Her ship will sink. (heavy on the ‘her’)
    Please do keep us posted.

Do not worry, they did you a favour, think of it this way, to expect no mistakes is bulls~~~. No matter how good we are at a job, we are not robots I would have made sure that c~~~s knew that, c~~~-men included, first off multi-tasking is utter bulls~~~. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise, people are good bulls~~~ artists and look busy working on multiple projects at once, however they are just that looking busy, not actually getting s~~~ done, and the s~~~ they do get done is not done well, full of mistakes. There are a few people who might be able to pull it off but the vast majority multi-tasking cannot be done effectively, yes you can work on more than one project throughout the day; however a person needs focus on the task at hand finish that and move one, other wise confusion and chaos and mistakes ensure.

Working for anyone that demands you to learn multiple things at once and expects perfection right off the bat is exactly that, bat-s~~~ crazy, tell them to f~~~ off and let you master the task at hand before you move on.

As for working for a proud “woman owned business” it would never happen again. With all the government handouts, credits, and entitlements why are they hiring men?

Keep your head clear and focused, get something to get some cash flow, but don’t let it stop you from bettering yourself, keep applying and looking the right opportunity will present itself with hard work and determination.
