My Divorce is Finalized!

Everyone,

It’s been over two years, with many twists and turns, moments of despair and hope, and the first of many red pills. But my divorce is now finalized. Just got back from vacation and got an email from my lawyer with the final decree of dissolution from the judge. And yes… as I’ve mentioned before a number of times, the parenting plan (which I wrote up completely) says that I get 100% physical custody of my two kids (she gets visitation). My ex and I filed our divorce as a joint petition, which means we didn’t have to go to court and file against each other or anything. And I don’t have to pay her any alimony or child support or pay any of her debts.

In short: I got my kids, I got my money, and I got my whole life ahead of me (I’m 32 years old). Unc~~~ed, permanently.

I realize that my case is absurdly rare. I attribute that to a few factors. She didn’t want the kids, and she’s in love with her “new” life of c~~~ carousel, and realized that she didn’t have money to fight me even if she wanted to. Also, I quietly documented all the abuse and threats she subjected me to over the past two years, and then let her know that I’ve been documenting everything. As dumb as she is, I think she realized this wasn’t something she wanted to fight, especially since I offered her the life she thinks she wants.

This is just a part of the saga of bulls~~~ I’ve experienced over the last ten years that has led me to MGTOW. I’m still thinking about how to share it all without saying too much and revealing my identity, but I just wanted to post something happy here. I’m officially divorced, and free.

A chad will not cost more then the prolong legal fees right?

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

In this day and age, if you’re not getting child support I’d like to know why. The “poor woman” card only goes so far. I know a guy with custody of his son, and he gets child support.

As long as she thinks she has a good monkey vine move, she will be eager to get the divorce over with.

I have seriously thought of utilizing Chad friends to randomly test this woman I was dating and see if she’d give him her number. My ideal location was a grocery store.

But Blue pill conditioning had me believe it was insensitive, insecure blah blah.

Now I would do it in a heartbeat but again I don’t date women anymore. If I did and she tried to monkey branch – there is $500 for Chad to f~~~ her and pass the message that iLearn f~~~ed Chad’s gf and Chad was just doing payback.

The main reason is because I dangled the carrot in front of her of paying no child support if she would sign a joint petition with me that gives me 100% custody.

I already had the kids for nearly two years now, after she had a “breakdown” and pushed them on me because she “just couldn’t deal with it any more.” Didn’t have to ask me twice.

Actually, my lawyer was surprised that I didn’t want to push for child support, but I didn’t want to risk having to fight for my kids. I quit while I was ahead. Sure, I won’t have as much money, but in a way I think this is the best revenge. When I’m successful and raising healthy, happy kids, and she’s a walking venereal disease factory that hits the wall like a rotten pumpkin, she’ll have no one to blame but herself. I didn’t take a single cent from her.

Just more proof that child support isn’t really necessary to raise a kid in a single parent household and is just a scam to put extra money into a woman’s purse.

Awesome job, Silver Fox! You have done the nearly impossible. Your story is similar to the divorce I got from my first wife. 50/50 custody and no support. My time with actually ran closer to 80/20 in my favor, just because the ex didn’t want them around as much as I did.
Despite your iron-clad divorce decree, you will, of course still be at her mercy if she decides to use the courts to “fix” anything she thinks she can gain from you, either financially or just harassment, because the courts will bend over backwards to extract money from a man and make the ex happy.
Even though she has visitation rights, I recommend you try to get as physically far away from her as you legally can, to avoid “issues” that might arise.
