Story 1:

Got a call & need to bail my brother out for abusing his wife.

Her side: He got home, start drinking, and make advances on her (they were having problem before hand). She refuses. He proceed to pour wine on her head and push her to the wall (said he done it couple of times before). She went down to the apartment manager and call for help.

His side: Got home, start drinking. Then the wife start the fight (since he rarely drinks). Apparently she’s the type that looking at her phone all the time. At one point my brother said “Look at me when I’m talking to you” which she replied “I rather look at the screen than your f~~~ing face”. Now he got mad and pour wine on her. She retaliated by pushing him which he grab her arms and held her (no marks). After that she grab the wine and throw it behind her (out the apartment door).
He proceed to pick it up and came in. Now she is at the door and said “Get out I don’t wanna see you”. He replied “I paid for the apartment”, and slam the bottle on the counter (where he was standing). After that he clean up the mess, cops came and arrest him later.

*It is important to note that the police couldn’t figure out who was at fault, but he got arrested anyway.

Story 2

I came to the bail office and there was only a dude and the processing lady. Therefore I pretty much know his problem. Apparently the guy is bailing his wife, who assaulted him.

The couple was at Disneyland. The wife was off her meds and start strangle + scratch his neck (it was deep). Other people called the cops. which the wife got arrested.

It is important to note that he begged the cops to arrest him instead.

While waiting for the bail bond, the guy called all his relatives and start saying blue pill stuff. “Oh poor wife she is just off her meds” (apparently she got wrist surgery twice & on some strong opioid). He said the reason he needs to keep the family together because of his daughter. He hope the wife wake up and start recognizing her problem (which gave me a chuckle inside).

As expected as she got out she screamed at him and start bitching as they walk away. What a waste…

Another thing I need to mention is his marriage is some sort of arranged marriage so there is going to be one hell of a family feud (if it escalates). The Thot family is quite wealthy…

For their relationship history, my bro was working hard last year and don’t really take her out. He recently double his wages and start to make it up to her but hypergamy already ticked & she decided to monkey branch.

Her story now was she came home when he was already drinking & starting s~~~ with her (typical abusive husband BS)

His story is she was already home. He went in and grab some drink before s~~~ started.

The lawyer also believes she set him up.

I don’t think she mention the fact she threw the bottle to the police.

Update

After preliminary hearing which he pleads no guilty, the thot refused to drop the restraining order. Now my bro cannot get back to his apartment, and the thot moves to her grandpa house (which my bro still have to pay for the damn apartment)

In the police report it said the Thot already plan to divorce my bro so yeah dum dum dum. More and more family members believe she is trapping him.

The charge is relatively minor (misdemeanor) so no jail time if convicted. He just needs to take some bogus DV class & pay couple grands fine.
