No, i dont think its a lack of basic education.

I think its a deliberate attempt to test how much the westeners will put up with before reacting.

Kind of like a s~~~ test, pun intended.

I live in Germany and they (government) are truly testing my limits believe you me.

And I do not even blame the illegal immigrants (why we tend to forget the word “illegal”…). I have been in countries where they p~~~ and s~~~ where they please. But, interestingly, they are aware of how to behave in certain situations.

For instance I had a dinner with a colleague who, in the office cantine, would eat making all sort of noises. However, in a company dinner he would not make a sound. I noticed that and told him, and he said that “of course he would not make noises because he was at an special event”.

I can guarantee you 100% they would not s~~~ in the floor of their homes. They do it because the government allows them to do it.

The solution is, in my opinion, simple: Every immigrant must attend a 1-day course where they are taught how to use a toilet, and how not to rape women, and all these sorts of things. At the end of the course, they sign a written agreement that specifies that they understood 100% of the course and that they agree to immediate deportation if they do any of these things.

That would be exponentially cheaper that trying to make US adapt to THEM, for f-word sakes.
