Harvey Weinstein turned himself in today and hes facing 35 years in jail even though he paid about 1 million dollars for the bail before the trial that is scheduled to happen, now a part of me wants to be a cynical bastard and the other wants to sympathize with the guy, but i know i know, here i am trying to be logical in an increasing illogical world.

On one hand i am feeling good that the bigger fish that considered themselves untouchable by the system, are getting rear ended for the s~~~ they have done (if he did do what hes accused of which i don’t doubt). Men with lesser status for the longest in cases of rape got screwed and their reputation was tarnished beyond repair, maybe this is the final wake up call for those assholes who consider themselves “too important” to listen to the plight of lesser men and begin to agree with the message here.

I highly doubt though, and even if they did i wouldn’t care because nothing that they do will change my mind when it comes to society’s useful parasites that are propped up and kept in key positions of power or control.

Keep in mind that these useful parasites thought about themselves as untouchable and above the law, seeing men like him, Cosby and others go down might be a wake up reminder that there is a new cup of coffee that needs to be drank before you can proceed with your new day ahead.

On the other hand i can see how a man can let women buy into movie roles using sex as barter, many movie stars that happen to be female were quick to jump into the band wagon to salvage their reputation, because they don’t want to be looked at as “hollywood thots”, they want to be looked as victims and NOT as “actresses” with no talent *ahem* WHORES.

Once upon a time my mother worked as a modeling director and gave me endless stories of some of the “modeling” students asking her questions such as:

Keep in mind, the word ‘rape’ is being used in all of the allegations against him.

And I have no doubt that it is possible that a few of the women were raped: In accordance with the legal criteria for 3rd degree rape (no physical injury or force) – Now whether or not rape should only be a criminal act if it is 1st degree rape is another issue for another day. My position is that in the absence of actual force being used (1st degree rape) and physical evidence of the rape then criminal charges should not be brought.

And in closing. It should not take years for a woman to come forward to ‘decide’ whether she was raped or not. That alone should be illegal.

who has had sexual encounters should not be subjected to wondering for years if he will be accused of rape – There should be a state managed system where a man via an attorney can submit a rape disclosure type request at any point. Where former sexual partners are required after being served with paperwork to disclose / state or claim that they were raped at that point so if charges could or would be filed, the state has 90 days to address that matter.

But that would make too much sense. Just like consent forms and/or videoing sexual encounters as evidence.

Because the real goal of those in power is to instill fear and uncertainty in the minds of any man that has ever engaged in sex with a woman.

I don’t think Harvey Weinstein has much to worry about. First of all, he has enough money for a dream team of lawyers. Second: He can probably get 20 years knocked off a maximum prison sentence for “good behavior.” There are many convicted rapist who don’t even serve 5 years in prison. Weinstein may get out after a few years of prison and spend his probation years living in a luxurious mansion. Third: If he goes to prison, he will likely be sent to a prison camp and endure a “punishment” similar to what Martha Stewart went through: cleaning up offices at Alderson Federal Prison—nicknamed “Camp Cupcake.”

The Jewish factor of the equation is what works in the favor of Weinstein here, He is facing 35 years in jail is what he is facing up to however he has multiple options he can take now.

For example he can flee to the country of Israel where they will not extradite him (Jews do not extradite other Jews unless the crime if against Jews). Or that he can get all the Jewish lawyers to defend him since he is part of the tribe.
