Moving to Charlotte

Hey guys, I’m pretty new, but I’m siked that an online community like this exists.

I’m planning on moving to Charlotte at some point in August, and I wanted to know if any of y’all are in that area. It’s gonna be just me, so it’d be cool to make some friends/contacts by the time I get there.

An introduction, yeahh, I guess that would be appropriate on the “Introduction” page…

Well, I’m single, turning 25 on Sunday, and work as an accountant at a car dealership. It’s not glamorous at all, but I got out of college not too long ago and have been working mainly for the experience (for the resume, ya know).

I love music, which entails playing guitar and going to concerts. I was never athletic or sports-minded, so playing guitar kinda became my thing.

I’d consider myself a conservative. I just wanna be left alone by the government and I’m a firm believer in the free-market.

Generally, I just try to make the right, responsible decisions that will make my life better while still pursuing a hedonistic lifestyle.

What more is there to aspire to besides making money and f~~~ing a lot of women? I mean, I am very ambitious when it comes to my career as well, don’t get me wrong…

For someone that doesn’t want to be a family-man, I don’t see what else there is. Just my personal philosophy.

Financial Freedom and f~~~ing hot woman are counter to each other.
It’s normal for a 25 yr old to think that way. More experienced men know you have to give up one to have the other. Even the guys who seem to have it all get burned eventually. Brandon Frasier & Johnny Depp are good examples. It’s possible to get lucky here and there, but use great caution. Don’t make it a priority or you will get burned and financial freedom will be replaced by child support & alimony.

I’m a year older than you and I don’t think like that. Right now you need to control your urges and maintain discipline. I know you’re young and all but working hard and diversifying your income should be far more important than just earning it and wasting it on tuna. Pussy can wait, trust me on this. I’m 26, a civil engineer and saved 20K for myself. Do you think at my age if I had your mentality of living a life of pleasure and f~~~ing c~~~s left and right I would have any of my savings left?

I see where you’re coming from, I do. And I’m not getting my panties in a wad about it. I just didn’t think I’d have to explain myself about these kinds of statements on this particular forum.

First of all, the money isn’t for women- it’s for me. But just having it can be a huge door-opener in terms of getting laid. I don’t have a lot of money, but I’ve got a decent job (better title, actually), and that’s a huuuge turn-on for women 18-25. It’s helped me, trust me.

And I’m not sure how f~~~ing a lot of women could be a bad thing so long as I don’t impregnate anyone. That’s what condoms are for, and I’m responsible about that kinda thing.

Other than women, money, a great career, and general pleasure, there’s not much else I want from life. Of course self-improvement is included in that, that’s supposed to be a given. But I’m not looking to change the world. (See “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd)
