Interesting how the most recent film on this list is from 2003.

    http://www.imdb.com/list/ls057558474/

Another great film when I was young was Flight of the Phoenix. A desperate battle for survival against all odds.

Imagine an all female version of this. They would of alol just sat there and died.

    Anyone know anymore.

Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.

Actually, the Tropic Thunder film has not main female characters. The only women in that movie are a few cameos.

The Original Star Wars Trilogy is 6+ hours of movie and 63 seconds of female speaking

Of course they think this is blatant “sexism”.

The retards who write about “this issue” as some kind of problem will only ever talk about how female speaking is not present… but THE ENTIRE F~~~ING PLOT OF THE MOVIES IS TO RISK MALE LIVES AND PUT EVERY MAIN MALE CHARACTER IN HARM’S WAY JUST BECAUSE OF A WOMAN.

They don’t complain about that. Flying into the death star and confronting the empire because of some bitch they never even met????

If “chivalry” was written out of it, women would have NO lines in Star Wars.

Women are too stupid to know when they are privileged. If they were smart, they would shut the f~~~ up for REAL — because now women have more lines in Star Wars. But in the process, they have become “the Nerds who can’t get laid” which they used to mock and make fun of. They can’t mock Star Wars fans anymore…. because women are now the “losers who can’t get laid”.

    Just listen to their laughter.

It never bothered women that women didn’t speak much in Star Wars. What bothers them now is chivalry is dead. And they aren’t laughing anymore.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

A tall order, OP. Remember that the world is 51% women, so it’s not possible to avoid them.

That being said, 12 Angry Men is one of the greatest films ever made.

Can we include as honorable mentions flicks that have women BUT portrays them accurately as they really are?

    My suggestion: Evil Dead.

Spoiler ALERT The bitches were evil LONG before death caught up with them

It’s been a while since I have seen it, but I don’t remember “The Green Berets” having too many females in it.

Can we include as honorable mentions flicks that have women BUT portrays them accurately as they really are?

    I’m thinking “All About Eve”.

    The original “Dirty Dozen”.

"Women are directly adapted to act as the nurses and educators of our early childhood, for the simple reason that they themselves are childish, foolish, and short-sighted—in a word, are big children all their lives, something intermediate between the child and the man, who is a man in the strict sense of the word. Consider how a young girl will toy day after day with a child, dance with it and sing to it; and then consider what a man, with the very best intentions in the world, could do in her place.” Quote from Arthur Shopenhauer, 17th century philosopher

A male only cast with some bigger name actors; absolutely no women characters and zero romantic storyline .. the suspense and espionage submarine film “Ice Station Zebra.” Howard Hughes is said to have owned personal film copies of this movie and watched this story about 150 times during his more reclusive years.

Rambo: First Blood – No women except that they are seen in the background in some shots.

The Beast of War – No women. About a tank crew in Afghanistan during the Soviet occupation in the 80’s.

Day of the Jackal – There a couple of women characters, but they don’t contribute anything significant to the story.

The Blues Brothers – There are 3 women characters, but two of them are antagonists and the other only appears briefly.

Captain Phillips – Aside from the brief appearance of women at certain points in the movie, it is mostly about the crew of the Maersk Alabama and the pirates.

Outpost – 2008 horror movie about mercenaries sent to investigate a nazi bunker. No women or very few seen.

Shackleton – 2002 TV movie about the events of the Shackleton expedition, the only women are seen in the early parts of the movie while in England.

The Shawshank Redemption – Very few women appear in this movie, since it is mostly about a male prison.

Don’t Legalize It – Very few women, since it is mostly about the exploits of Ricky, Jullian, Bubbles, Mr Lahey and Randy.

    Ohhh, yea, great movie.

And original Star Wars Trilogy is, of course, outstanding.
