Just seen the movie “pride prejudice and zombies”. It is the classical English novel with zombies, or so they say…

Actually it is the new “female hero” trend in movies, where women get masculine heroic traits while keeping all their female attributes, or doing absolutely nothing besides looking good and making a man do everything for them.

So we have a group of sisters that are expert fighters, learned in the chinese martial arts style of shaolin, while at the same time using Victorian dresses and behaving like Victorian women.

This means that men do the fighting and dying, while the hero(ines) plot their marriage with the richest men they can put their hands on.

And the funniest thing is that the movie ends with a double marriage coinciding with the final zombie attack in the end-of-the-world zombie apocalypse.

I cannot think on a more poethic and true ending, as the final result of the female manipulations is the destruction of civilization.

Obviously the most powerful character is a woman:”a notorious zombie killer with major authority and wealth”.

As far as men go we have 2 male prizes that exibit minimal virtues for the sake of the fairytale story (and even so, one has fewer virtues besides being rich), the movie presents a womanizer bad guy that is a zombie in disguise and the proverbial male dumbguy, incapable of coherent articulation or walking without stumping in its own feet.

The only “respected” man in the story is the father of the heroines, without doubt because he had done such good job with them!

What is the “moral” of the story?
Women can have it all. They can be the kickass fighter, but not figthing at all, unless it is for their skin. Let men fight and die for them, while they plot for climbing the social ladder through marriage during the end of the world. And yes, men are pigs, incompetent or zombies.

Thanks for the movie review. I was interested to hearing the MGTOW perspective on it. I notice that the message of action movies today seems to be, “Women could kick anyone’s ass if they wanted. But they shouldn’t have to if they don’t feel like it.”

This is why I stay away from most modern movies. Aside from the occasional superhero movies, I try not to watch them. It’s basically feminist bulls~~~ thrown in your face.

I’ll spare myself the torture of watching this. Thanks for the warning.

It looks like we’re not alone in avoiding it. Box Office Mojo shows it opened poorly and dropped off the charts in a hurry.

The trailer was enough warning for me. I wouldn’t make my worst enemy watch that crap.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.

    Stop wasting money

I usually check out the movies online for free, before I consider going to the Theatre.

Be advised MGTOWs, it is risky to use these sites and you must have good virus protection along with some computer savvy to deal with the attacks.

Here is one of the websites:

Alas, most of the films these days are so vile that I haven’t been to a Theatre in a couple years.

I’ll spare myself the torture of watching this.

I still enjoy watching a movie on line, even if it is not in my best interests to do so.
My numerous justifications are that “I am studying our Great Enemy,” “the technology used to make it is amazing,” “it’s Science Fiction,” “it is a modern art form,” …

The bottom line is that I like a story, even if it is a bad one.

it is the new “female hero” trend in movies, where women get masculine heroic traits while keeping all their female attributes, or doing absolutely nothing besides looking good and making a man do everything for them.

It is like a “boiler plate” pattern which gets repeated over and over again in the Media.

Just seen the movie “pride prejudice and zombies”.

Your summation is excellent, an accurate description of the film, and well written.

I watched this film on line when it came out and I agree with everything you have written about it.

I forgot about it when I was writing my post in Blue Pill Hell called “July 2016 movies that parade Women’s Power, Narcissism, Lies, and Manipulation.” My top pick was the most recent film based on Jane Austin’s books.

If you ever want to do a MGTOW version of Siskel & Ebert, that would be awesome.

What happens when a man finally comprehends the cold and calculating thoughts that are going through a woman's mind, while her eyes are brimming with tears?
