    Hello brothers

I was wondering if some of you guys, ride motorcycles 🙂

I’m living in Paris (to be honnest, 3km close to Paris in a city called “Vincennes”). I have a car but as the traffic jam is a real nightmare here, it is easier to move with a motorcycle.

    I own 3 motorcycles :

    * A Kawasaki Z1000sx (known as Ninja1000 in the USA)

    * A Kawasaki GPZ 500 (I use it on a circuit as I ride as an amateur pilot)

    * A Mash 500cc (A chinese motocycle with a licensed Honda Motor) : cheap but it is enough for me I don’t want to spend a lot of money and I can cruise slowly in summer.

Deus EX Machina has a bike, and I know I few others who ride here as well.

    Im a car lover myself.

But as far as bikes go, my favorite is the DUCATI SPORT 1000 . I want one.
I even visit the local Ducati shop on weekends once in a while.

I also want THIS bike by Lotus… BADLY.

Unfortunately it’s $137K . I actually wrote to Lotus for a brochure and pursued it fully. At the moment, it’s just a fantasy, but Im working on it….. That is a f~~~ing work of art. I MUST own it someday.

Any filthy rich guys here? Christmas is coming. And I’ve been VERY naughty this year. I swear.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and American Express.

It almost makes me wish I had t~~~. Almost.

Back in my 30s I rode a Suzuki GS1100 pretty much like the one in the attached image. Eventually I sold it as I was moving to a different city and just haven’t bothered getting another one (my Jeep Rubicon is my toy vehicle now).

Fun story, though… back then I had a female friend who I’d known for a few years… no sexual involvement, just a work friend… she took me aside one day and told me that if I was going to continue riding, she couldn’t be my friend any more. She just couldn’t take the trauma of losing someone to a motorcycle accident so it was either the bike or her.

Bitch, I wouldn’t give up my bike for a female if she was blowing me and making me sandwiches at the same time. And what the f~~~ do you mean you couldn’t take the trauma? If you’re willing to end our friendship just to save yourself some highly unlikely survivor guilt then why the hell would you care if I died or not?

Needless to say we stopped being friends that day.

Don’t have a bike and don’t know how to ride yet but I wanna remedy that. Actually what I wanna do is buy a bike cheap and convert it into a Cafe racer style bike.  Does anyone here have experience with that?

I plan on getting a bike in the summertime. Now that I’m pulling in the cash I should be able to get one no problem.

I’m looking at the GSR750 or Kawasaki Ninja. Both are crotch rockets. I live in a mountainous region of Colorado and can’t wait to cruise through the hills.

yup, two bikes at the moment but that is a little excessive for my current financial situation. On the big cruiser I bought, first thing I did was remove the previous owners aftermarket “king and queen” seat and strip it down to solo seat.

I have a Kawasaki 300. It’s a pretty good commuter bike. I’m actually going to get a kawasaki 1000 in a year or so.

Friend of mine has a z1000 and it makes my mouth watery everytime I see him riding it. Saving for a condo atm but as soon as I can I’m getting a ninja 300 or something similar. Might go Honda… we’ll see =)

I purchased a 2003 Yamaha Roadstar Silverado after my divorce several years ago. I will have to get some pictures to upload but here is a stock image.

Made me really happy to buy it for two reasons. The first was that the ex always wanted one (will never be able to afford it) and the second is that I never would have had the money while we were married and she was wasting it all.

Dont trust stuff with odd number of wheels. Trikes are for old people. If you can’t shift, buy a scooter. I’m not kidding, scooters are freaking awesome. Im a scooter dealer. They get better mileage than any motorcycle, 85mpg. They are affordable, $3000 out the door including sales tax, registration and shipping. They are simply to drive, perfect for inner city and suburban.

I don’t even know how to drive a motorcycle, been dealing and driving scooters for 6 years. But I want a Hypermotard Dacati, (dreaming) honestly, I cant afford that but they are cool.

Anything on 2 wheels is the s~~~. MGTOW and 2 wheeling goes hand in hand. I’d post a pic of my scooter but I dont know how to insert photos. I drive only Taiwanese and recomend Lance SYM. Vespa is okay ($). Genuine is okay. Name brand okay. Avoid Chinese unless the dealer looks you in the eye and you trust him to help you.

Don’t laugh… I have 3 Honda ct70’s 69, 70, and 72, and a 71 c70, I’m a collector. I had tons of bikes since age 11, but after too many close calls, and getting to know the grim reaper by name, I drive a steel cage on 4 wheels now, this is Massachusetts after all! The mini bikes I use to navigate my horrible f~~~ed up roads to save my car and truck from excessive abuse.

If I ever go back on the road again, I’ll get a Ducati 999, more than likely I’ll buy an ultralite aircraft instead.

Don’t laugh at me( well you can because I’m doing me) but I’m 33 and never had my drivers license and one of my first goals is to get a motorcycle license. In CA it simple as taking written test and then passing a certified motorcycle safety course as opposed to learning how to drive well enough to pass test( classes cost money). I can learn driving later but I want to get around now. Fortunately I live in Bay Area and everything mostly is accessible but I want to get out and just go. Well I have my time to do so and I’ve wanted a motorcycle since I was a boy and that will be one of my first goals along with saving money consistently.

I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
