The federal laws regarding rape (actual rape, not rape culture) changed in 2013 in the U.S. They were first implemented in 2014. It does now for the first time ever incorporate that males can be raped by women. It also incorporates the use of inanimate objects used for forced entry to the mouth, vagina, and anus. The law applies to both men and women and is a federally defined law. What she did is actual rape as defined by the law.

Milk man: you’re right the FBI definition is exactly the way you say it. I am Australian so my knowledge isn’t perfect about US law. According to the statutes the new VAWA inspired FBI definition of rape include penetration with an object. However it is about how a crime is charged on the state level. I’d do believe it also states within that FBI amendment that it still refers to the male and the reason why is because of a CDC recommendation that was overseen by Mary P Koss, Feminist ‘the female rape apologist’.
