I think I’ve mentioned a guy I know who, at the age of 42, had never cooked himself a steak. Well I had a few beers with him the other day and for some unknown reason he mentioned this to me again in a self-deprecating way, almost like he was confessing it a second time.

That and the recent post about what women and manginas think a modern man should be gave me the urge to write this… Doc’s prescription for preventing mangina.

    1) Cook yourself a steak. Hell, cook a bunch of them using different cuts and different methods and figure out what you like and how to do it right.

    2) Make yourself a mixed drink. Same as with the steak, learn your drink and how to make it properly so that you can order it and recognize if it’s being done right.

    3) Live alone. Whether it’s a crappy garage apartment or a five bedroom mansion, get your own place, buy your own furniture, keep your own house and get used to being happy on your own.

    4) Develop a hobby. Figure out what you enjoy doing with your spare time, effort and money and spend them doing that.

    5) Explore. Eat new foods, go new places, talk to new people, learn new things and keep your life dynamic and be unpredictable.

That’s it. Everything else flows from these things… self-knowledge, psychological independence and being open to new ideas and experiences. Once you’ve got these things down, there’s not much in the world that can bother you.

MG-Tower’s remedy to the planetary inundation of noxious mangina gas.

Go skiing, biking, hiking, take chances, there’s nothing like pond skimming and watching the submerged boulders pass under your skis! Do air! get to know HANG TIME! Go fast! Go so fast the handle bars are buxzzing! Blow engines! Transmissions! and rear ends! Burn rubber! do doughnuts! Ride wheelies! That’s just the fun stuff!

Build your home, your business, your future! Be clean, tidy, organized. Stay on top of EVERYTHING! Your bills, your finances, repairs. Maintain your equipment; grease, oil changes, filters, KEEP EVERYTHING TIP TOP!

    Sounds impossible?
It is impossible, when you’re infected by a woman with feminism…

That’s only to name a few! Bathe in your own testosterone! Glory in the blessing you’re a MAN!

Most of all; never obey a woman! Not one word!

I can definitely do all of the above. I learned to cook at a very young age. After I tried my first drink, my mom taught me how to mix drinks. I would never give up living alone because the more solitude you have in your life the less drama there is in it. Not to mention, you have more time to do what you want without having to notify anyone before hand.

As for my hobbies, I play video games, hike, camp, bike, exercise, and watch anime/read manga. I’m always trying to do something unless I just want to rest for a day or two.

Once everything in my life is straightened out a little bit more, I want to take up more hobbies such as diving, riding off road vehicles, general construction, general automotive repair/maintenance, mountain climbing, canoeing, archery, guns, and hang gliding.

It’s amazing how much s~~~ a man can do in his lifetime if they’re focused on themselves and not women.

Very true. I can say that I have more or less wasted 15 years of my life on wiminz. That is the amount of time I have spent in either “LTR” or married. You can get away with doing less time for murder! I shudder to think how much coin I have wasted on the bitches over the years, I’m not even going to attempt to calculate it as it would only upset me….

I think after you realize you can cook for yourself, make your own drinks, and get off sexually, you realize how f~~~ing redundant women are, and how truly pointless they are to keep around. They’ll sit there and p~~~ and moan about simple s~~~ like cooking, cleaning, when you can do it yourself and be happy with some goddamn peace and quiet.

Learning your drink might just be too f~~~ing Martha stewarty.

It’s not about the steak or the drink… those are jut vehicles for self awareness. Feed and water yourself, make your own home, expend your resources on yourself, grow and expand your world. For me, that’s MGTOW. There’s no need to specify anything more, the rest is up to the individual… but if you can’t feed, water and house yourself and enjoy your own company and expand your mind, I don’t see how anything else could be relevant.

I’m working toward learning how to ride a motorcycle, getting license, and then buying and riding out!

And you will love every minute of it. I do offroad, and compete in enduros, its the best. Out with your mates, doing the same thing, everyone on board, but once the race begins you feel no sorrow showering someone in rocks. haha
