when i see a hot chick. i immediately think about how spoiled, entitled and high maintenance she is.
MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.
On the one hand, it is possible to be extremely threatening with body language alone.
On the other hand, men who lack confidence will commonly (and unconsciously) lower their gaze when talking to just about anyone, including women, creating the incorrect impression that they are ogling breasts when really they are just avoiding eye contact.
The problem here, in my opinion, is not so much that a form of body language can be construed as a threat that warrants legal action….but rather that the woman’s word, alone, would be enough evidence to convict someone on such a charge.
I don’t know if that is actually the case here, but I have read about rape cases which led to conviction without any evidence at all…just a woman’s accusation. This sounds like it is moving in the same direction as these cases.
THAT is the greater social ill….that a person can establish guilt by accusation alone. No civilized society should abide such a profanation of justice.
It is wise to fear dangerous commitments.
It sounds like a way to justify high goverment expenditure on courts and police. A subsidy for the legal system nothing more to it than that.
A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
I’ve said it before this is a very legal slippery slope that won’t hold up under cross examination or appeal.
They would have to prove that the intent was violent or aggressive and not just male human nature.
Staring at a women’s ta ta’s is not hate full
But boy howdy it sure is fun!
In Italy a man have been arrested for 10 days and fined (just only 40 euro) because he was staring at a woman (not her breasts)

Use a translator.
The problem is there weren’t proofs:
According the police, when they investigated watching the man in action they do not noticed anything special:Il giorno successivo alcuni agenti avevano anche effettuato accertamenti. Vestiti in borghese avevano seguito il trentenne durante il viaggio verso Milano e non avevano visto nulla di strano.
The next day some police officers had also carried out investigations. They had followed the 30-year-old en route to Milan and had not seen anything strange.
Also worth noticing that the man was 30 years old, while the woman was a 55 years old: hardly a 30 yo without criminal record or mental illness would stare at a post wall 55 yo woman.
But he was condemned…

The worth of a man isn't the usefulness that women get from him. Avoiding living with a woman, a man isn't rejecting a lot of sex: he's rejecting sexual starvation. I misgonyed all over a woman’s face last night.
I bathe in the tears of single moms.
Anonymous25The legal system in the UK has become completely corrupted by feminist misandrists.
Note misandry is not counted as hate crime. Double standards.
A new crime based on how a woman “feels”. Well what if she “feels” that way because she has mental health problems? And not as a result of anything the man did? Or, what if she is lying because she hates men. Will that be treat as hate crime against men?
The UK police are completely corrupt, there have been huge miscarriages of justice in this country based on police conduct – Guildford 4, Birmingham 6, Cardiff 3 to name just a few.
There is clear evidence of police destroying evidence such as cctv to try and set people up for false allegations such as this. Instead of gathering the evidence and prosecuting the female who made false accusations, which is a crime of harassment.
This is what a leading researcher has to say about police conduct and this is a crime against those men:
“Within my research (McCarrick et al., in press) the predominant experience is of men being arrested under false charges of IPV and their disclosures of victimisation not being taken seriously, despite having evidence.”
Ironically, the BBC chose to be in Nottingham for that video and a couple of years ago I was wolf whistled at by a gang of females in that city. Double standards as usual.
Stay away from women, but if the UK police try any of this crap on you make sure you audit trail everything they do. Have an app on your phone and start recording. Get a good solicitor and one who will advise you to enter a written statement so there is a clear record of what you said. The police lie and falsify their notes to try and get it past the Crown Prosecution Service.
Never speak to the police without it being audit trailed.
Gather evidence to protect yourself, back it up in several locations and keep it permanently. And As mgtow grows, we can hopefully one day bring all this evidence together and send these tyrants to jail.
The UK police, Home Office and Her Majesty Inspectorate of Constabulary, who are the ones behind this, need to know they are being watched and evidence is being gathered against them and a case being built.
I can see this ending up in the International Criminal Court as crimes against humanity for persecuting men. The evidence is there and continues to grow. All we need is international outrage, a few hundred thousand mgtow should do it. 5 or 10 years will give us that.
Male nature IS a crime now-a-days with the modern feminists.
Men should be attracted to women ONLY when women deem it acceptable. Other than that, they should stay there with their heads low with respect and obedience.Men are supposed to ‘obey’ and ‘respect’ when there’s no incentive to do so.
Yes, its reasonable if you’re ‘respecting’ a woman who is a national hero; has saved a 1000 lives. Or even the garbage lady who does the dirty work that no one else does. But most women deserve all the good things without putting in any effort themselves.
They are so very self-centred; they’ve enacted a law so that their own egos do not get hurt.
“I’m a sight for kings only. Everyone else who looks at me, shall go to prison.”Absurd.
And I though UK women were the most educated of the lot. 😛
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

“One UK police force has made misogyny a hate crime to try to tackle sexist abuse, but how does it work?
Martha was followed on to a tram by a man who was staring at her breasts. She didn’t report the incident but the police hope she would now.”While I agree with the comments in this thread and I, too, consider the broad complaints from feminists to be absolutely ridiculous, if I may play Devil’s Advocate here, we should also bear in mind that these stories in the media rarely present all the facts of what happened, and are often devoid of context.
Often the men who are prosecuted will have done something fairly extreme that brings them to the attention of the authorities. I think I have touched on this in a different thread, that while attention from men is no doubt an ego-boost for women, there will come a point when it’s inappropriate and just plain annoying, especially in certain business and professional situations. A particular problem that women will have is that, due to the legal environment in Western countries now, men who have this predatory attitude towards women will often be more subtle in the way they go about it, making it harder for the woman and the police to prove what happened in a legal sense. That probably explains some of these ‘Men arrested for looking’ and ‘Man jailed for asking woman out’ stories. The man might well have been harassing the woman, but in a careful and non-explicit way. The reality is that men do sometimes behave inappropriately.
Obviously none of that can excuse false and exaggerated complaints from women, and my sympathies are with any man who is accused unjustly.
I wonder. How many more straws will be laid before the camel’s back finally breaks? How much more before the men finally turn to hate? It seems nothing short of anger will make the women stop. Meeting them with the same quality of pain that they have laid upon their men for years is the only way to make them listen. I fear the longer the wait, the more violent the retaliation will be.
Learn from the past, Control the present, and you will know the Future.
But misandry is ok!
I became a MGTOW because this was the only logical solution for a man survive in a world replete of gynocentrism and biased against men!
“Where have all the good man gone?”
-Literally looking the other way to avoid rape charges.

Good points. But remember how it is any of us hear about these incidents. We hear it from police, we hear it from the media,we hear it from women. All of which have been compromised by gynocracy and will lie. Women do it because they are babies, police do it to meet a quota, the media does it for money and sensationalism. As an example look no further than Steve Avery. All three turned against him.
They’re going to want to prove it’s as epidemic as they say it is. That means they’ll be looking to turn petty incidents into major violations. You’d be surprised how effectively language and propaganda can accomplish this.
You are smart; I also live there. I will start doing it more often for the same reason.

Is this only in Nottinghamshire all over? If I lived there I’d be packing my bags and looking to relocate immediately.
