Seems women are more likely to demand a prenup before getting married now. Apparently now that they are getting equal pay, they want to make sure they don’t have to share if they end up divorced. I’m guessing that if Judy has a good job and so does her cuck, she doesn’t want him quitting his job after the marriage and then divorcing her and taking half of her s~~~. That would suck for Judy and be a really crapping thing for cuck to do.

I have to admit, when I first saw the headline my first thought was of the guys being raised without a dad in the house and thinking “not me”. I was a bit shocked seeing that it was women asking for the prenup. But what I didn’t think of is how long it’s been more women than men going to college. Apparently long enough that those women are getting better paying jobs. Many probably make equal to and more than their husbands. The husbank is their parents’ generation.

When men made more money than women and the women could divorce rape a man, there was a stigma attached to a man demanding a prenup. Now that there are more women making equal or more than a man the stigma suddenly disappears. Go figure.

Either way, that’s a positive for men.

In five separate case studies involving buddy’s of mine that have got married in the last few years:

In each case, none of my buddy’s owned a house but all got married to women that already owned a house and my buddy’s moved in.

Each one ‘pays rent’ every month. With the highest payer being a buddy that pays $1,200 a month. And it’s not like any of them have their own room. LOL Their ‘rent’ is for the fact that they are living there. Sharing a bed. In a house that in each case, none of them have any legal right to.

Because. . . .

In each case, their wives within 30 days after getting married:

Dragged them into their attorney’s office (yeah, women have attorneys) within a month after getting married, in the absence of any prenuptial agreement and had them sign (notorized and filed at the county level) a

Quitclaim Deed over on any potential or future, possible claim on the house they moved into that is owned by a spouse (wife) and in each case, in the reason / description part of the quitclaim deed it says

‘Establishment of separate property. . . ‘ and some legal terms.

Being established after the marriage, voluntarily by the non-owner party (husband) and any future, potential claim being nullified at the present point in time via the quitclaim deed. Which solves the issue of community property and merging of assets occuring at the five year mark (in this state and many others).

NOW: There is NO F*CKING WAY that guys could pull off a move like this after getting married to a unicorn-pumpkin. Period.

This phenomenon and tactic is almost exclusive to women that own a house and get married to a guy that does not own a house and/or does no co-owner the house they are living in prior to getting married.

In closing. I grew up in NYC a long time ago so if this reference does not make sense, I am sorry – it’s an east coast thing. But: the freaking Columbo, Genevese, Luchese and Gambino crime families were never able to f*ckin’ roll people as hard as women are able to currently screw guys over now.
