Look at from their point of view. All they see when it comes to capitalism is that capitalism leads to foreign powers stealing jobs and shipping those jobs overseas, bleeding the people dry of wealth, and leaving the people to be slaves to foreign masters. Foreign masters whom buy up everything for pennies on the dollar, using money that was printed and given to them by the native government the foreign interests bought off, and whom ignore the needs of the people.

In such cases, most people would oppose capitalism and support a form of communist nationalism that seizes the assets that have been stolen from them by foreign interests, and restores sovereignty to their nation, with a form of isolationism to protect from further encroachment by foreign interests.

Yuri Bezmenov showed how idiological subversion works and how it is used to take down nations. America is f~~~ed becouse too much tolerance lead to societies allowing ideological subversion to take root and brainwash two generations.

Exactly. If they have never seen the good, and only experienced the bad. Then, all they have to judge by is the bad.

In principle I agree with you, but what we’re seeing in America today is predatory capitalism in place of a free market where megacorps are allowed to use ill gotten gains to purchase further corruption in our laws and bureaucracy. Rinse wash repeat. A merging of state and corporate interests, also known as fascism.

Case in point: GSM pricing. Government contractors used their cash to effectively bribe congress into passing a law that they are required to charge the government double the market price for everything.

Now suddenly they can’t be accused of price gouging – after all, they’re just following the law.

This is not your grandpa’s capitalism/free market.

Unfortunately, we as a people have been collectively brainwashed into believing there is is no alternative course of action – either all corporate activity is good old fashioned capitalism or communism, and most people are completely unable to see past this false dichotomy.

You can’t have a free market unless you keep monopoly/oligopoly at bay, and the only thing ever known to do that is a *judicious* and *well reasoned* use of the law.

Remember: The boston tea party wasn’t nearly as much about the government as it was the abuses of the the megacorp of the day: the British East India Company.

A friend of mine grew up in Communist Russia. Give me your friends name and I’ll have him go ‘explain’ what the treatment in a communist country is like, with demonstrations….You don’t like this guy right? 😉

I believe the people are not as brainwashed as everyone is being lead to believe. Every time there is a vote in this world with an alternative to the status quo, the people vote heavily for the alternative, or the vote is so close that one wonders if it was rigged for the status quo.

Corporativism it’s not Capitalism at all. One of the core principles of capitalism it’s that there is equal opportunities for all entrepeneurs to compete in the free market. Allowing a corrupt goverment to pass laws that avoid punishing that threatens this principle or allow corporations to seize a big part of a market in a monopolic fashion goes against the very same essence of capitalism.

I see it as no surprise that millennials consider communism a good thing. Our brain-washing government cesspool (skool) system teaches young folks the doctrine that communism is good and capitalism (the very system that allows them to have their mind-altering electronic toys) is bad. It is beat into their heads from all levels of skool, and the media. By the time they figure out that liberty is what granted them their rights to speak out against capitalism, it may be too late to salvage. All we can do is watch it burn to the ground.

People associate that communism is the antithesis of capitolism, and so it must somehow address all its flaws. I will admit that the censorship and totalitarianism isn’t unique to communist countries. With all the censorship going on in the US, I can’t say we’re blameless. Hell, we’re about to vote away our own f~~~ing rights, at least the commies had them usurped by the state.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.
